El barista más cochino que he visto jamás, remojas las jarras y no las escurres para empezar, y por continuar haces muy bien los dibujos con la crema de la espuma de la leche pero al dejarla tanto tiempo calentando la quemas y después el sabor del café se vuelve terroso e increíblemente empalagoso y agrio. Terrible... Mi puntuación como barista profesional es de -35.

Wow this guy is amazing! I like how he washes the milk jugs after each coffee. Many places I have been don’t do that and they keep using the same dirty milk jug over and over again and then coffee then taste fowl!

I would get an allergic reaction from using cow milk and oat milk in the same milk jug. Please clean them better in-between use. That's not very professional.

Interesting video. Seems you have been dealt a bad hand with your bar. You should be moving dry to wet but you're having to go back and forth. Also there is no scales to weigh the grind. And worst you're having to tamp by hand instead of having an electric tamping machine to ensure consistency.

I had a big rush today and that one specific colleague asked me 5 times where the oat 2 capuccinos were, when I’ve already finished 5 other orders 😢 also she did 2 orders wrong and made coffee that didn’t exist 😂I hate that
