Hi guys!
Welcome to a new video!
Got really frustrated during this shift... I don't know if it's just me... or it's just the big volume of orders in such a short time frame... What do you guys think?
Thanks so much for watching!

You seem very busy with your work... Your orders never stop, the order queue is very long, and you reprimand your staff when he want to help you... Haha.... 🤣😅

What is the difference between your cafe's cappuccino and latte? I do not recognize
I had a big rush today and that one specific colleague asked me 5 times where the oat 2 capuccinos were, when I’ve already finished 5 other orders 😢 also she did 2 orders wrong and made coffee that didn’t exist 😂I hate that

I don't understand the difference between cappuccino and latte, you used the same shot of espresso in both and there is not much difference in the dog. I guess I'll never know the difference between the two. At the cafe where I work, they put cream on top of the cappuccino with a spoon, I didn't understand which one was right until it was covered.

cappuccino and lattes differ based on the amount of foam created during the milk steaming process. so it’ll normally be more foamy compared to a latte all espresso drinks have the same amount of espresso unless ordered otherwise, usually the differences are between the amount of milk or foam in the drinks

Classic cappuccino has no latte art instead you take the foam (a lot)on top with a spoon latte has just a thinner layer. But what about flat white now?

What milk do you use for your coffee?

The brand is called Napolact. But the most important thing is the amount of fat in it. This one’s 3.5% fat
It bothers me so much theres no choc powder on top for cappuccinos might just be an Australian thing

Are u an owner or worker? if u are a worker, why do you always set aside some milk, then just throw it away? If u a worker, won't your boss be angry? 😅
@SipHappens
9 ай бұрын
I’m not the owner, I try my best not to reuse already steam milk in order to serve the best possible product. Re-using milk after it's been steamed or foamed once isn't simply harmful to health; it also ruins the texture of the coffee.

@@SipHappens why not pour the milk according to the dosage so that no milk is wasted every time it is steamed
@brainrottedindividual
8 ай бұрын
@@sktsky5457 it's not always possible at the required pace of work. you generally do your best to use it all, but every food and drink business will inevitably produce some waste or product runoff. of course, you always strive to minimize waste of product. generally the faster the pace at the business, the more product will usually be wasted, because speed always goes at the cost of efficiency and/or cleanliness. i've worked in countless cafes and restaurants, and this is the case everywhere. if the barista has more time to make the coffee, they can texture milk for each drink individually, but in busy cafes there's often a rrequirement that you should be able to finish at least two drinks within a minute, therefore texturing milk for each drink becomes impossible and you have to texture a batch for several drinks, meaning you will end up with some leftover milk possibly.
