What is the name of the movie 🙄🙄
Thank You ❤
Very well done, informative, to the point and entertaining, you sold me, thankyou, again, good job...
do you know if they are doing this study at embark'
I have a dog who is super active . Loves zoomies. 2 years old . He eats like a bottomless pit. I have no medical history as he was dumped at my house. 65 lbs . I feel like he isnt getting what he needs in his food and i want somwthimg for bone health and heart health . What would be a best additive to his kibble??
Good show very interesting to a Boerboel owner which are obviously close relations of the English Mastiff. Did you end up changing Juniors diet?
Outstanding Review! We as Well have 2 VERY LARGE , Healthy and FIT Female English Mastiffs- Look Almost Identical To Yours - Although- Our Oldest Female ( Tara) actually has a Slightly Larger Head Circumference . I Have Really Come To TRUST Your HONEST Reviews And I value the Topics You Tackle Each and Every Post! This Particular Product- ( Interactive Balls- WAYYYY TO EXPENSIVE- AND BETTING THERE IS A NO RETURN POLICY- AFTER IT LOOKS OF- HEAVY USE) IN OUR CASE - WOULD BE 1 TIME! I WOULD BE SUPER WORRIED ABOUT BOTH OF MY MASTIFFS ( MOST PEOPLE KNOW THAT MASTIFFS HAVE A PSI BITE FORCE OF 500) WOULD GET INTO THIS WITHIN MINUTES- AND BE CHEWING ON COMPUTER PIECES - ITS DEFINITELY DEFINITELY A NO GO FOR US!! THANK YOU THANK YOU!
What is raw pet food app? I can't find it 1:15
From my experience dog food itself is not sufficient. Even good quality foods do not support English Mastiffs immunity system enough. Since I have switched to mixing dog food with meat half half my dogs health has greatly improved.
I have two males, a golden retriever and a husky, the hair is one thing but the worst is the walls. They shake and noticed green stuff going all over the walls, thinking it is some bodily fluids, but I have flat white paint! Very hard to clean, unlike the doors and baseboards that have a primer and can easily wipe it down. Any tips? Ugh!!!
Hi thank you for this video! I'm confused on the exercise part, I'm getting a mastiff puppy in a few months and I've been told it's not good to exercise them for too long due to their joints and growing. Ive also been told they shouldn't go upstairs... any advice? This is very overwhelming
We HAVE HAD TREMENDOUS SUCCESS AND VERY VERY HEALTHY WELL CHECKS AT OUR LONG TIME VETERINARIAN- ( WE HAVE 2 FEMALE MASTIFFS) FEEDING THEM VENISON- WE HUNTED OURSELVES-( ALL PUBLIC LAND) KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THESE WHITETAILS HAVE BEEN EATING ( WE DO NOT PROCESS OURSELVES- TAKE TO A CERTIFIED USDA PROCESSOR) FOR THE ENTIRE DEER TO BE HARVESTED-AND VAC SEALED- GROUND MEAT, STEW MEAT, ROASTS- HEART, LIVER, KIDNEYS AND EVEN THE LEGS FROM THE KNEES DOWN ARE SKINNED OUT - AND FROZEN EACH SEPARATE- ( WE CALL THEM DEERSICLES- (LIKE POPSICLE'S) BUT THE MARROW INSIDE THESE ARE SO SO GREAT FOR MASTIFFS AND HAS DETERRED " DENTALS" EXPENSE - I COOK A MIX OF MEAT OF CHOICE, ORGAN OF CHOICE- ADD A POTATO OR 2 AND 1 OR 2 VEGGIES EVERY WEEKEND AND IT LASTS ALL WEEK - BUT IN OUR CASE - WE BOTH HUNT TOGETHER- MARRIED 35+ YEARS - AND LOVE THE OUTDOORS - THIS RAW DIET DEFINITELY WORKS!!
Is it safe to feed dogs raw eggs?
ABSOLUTELY YES- BUT I SUGGEST ONLY USE EGGS - THAT YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHERE THE EGGS CAME FROM - LOCAL FARMER - DEFINITELY DEFINITELY NOT CAGED UP CHICKENS OR DUCKS- GET FREE RANGE - JUST DONT USE " REGULAR GROCERY STORE EGGS" A. PUMPED WITH EXTRA HORMONES - AND GROWTH AND ANTIBIOTIC SHOTS / NO GO!
What not to feed dogs raw?
You mentioned chicken potentially causing ear infections... I've been feeding raw for about a month and all of my meaty bones are from chicken.... and both of my 70lb. pitbulls have recently been shaking their heads & scratching at their ears. What other meaty bones should I feed them?
any raw diet will be better for your dogs than even the best kibble. I've seen my blue nose Pittie eat a live turtle about the size of my hand. I would have stopped it if I had seen it sooner, but by the time I noticed she was crunching up the shell like a potato chip. Same night about a half hour later I see her going crazy about 4 feet behind my chair. A cottonmouth had gotten in my yard. She got lucky and bit the thing in half before it bit her. I have no doubt she would have eaten the thing If I let her.
Hi. I have. Pug. That has the same thing as your dog how much should I feed him He's only 22 lb
Where do you get all the different ingredient? Like the tripe and the bag of frozen sardines?
Great video. What would you give to a dog with cushings disease. I'm feeding a raw dinner at nite and 1cup kibble in the morning. All raw for 2nd meal. She is 65 lb and 11 yrs old. Thanks

Yeah, I use the same principles but I’ll always cook the meat, I’m not taking any chances, info was good tho
I don’t have the answer as far as the raw diet as every book I’ve gotten on the subject has a different answer. But my last two dogs didn’t live half as long as they should have on very expensive kibble, so my new puppy is getting 1/2 Blue Diamond puppy canned food (Blue Diamond is the only pet food I’ve found that doesn’t have sugar and seed oils) and half raw meat plus any bones from my meals. This is my best solution for my chihuahua - I have no idea what I’d do with a big dog.
Did anyone notice the other dog watching
Hi! Great video and loved the in-dwpth approach! Please consider doing a review on the Barney bed! I’m getting a puppy soon and want to get a bed that lasts. Right now I’m between Big Barker and Barney
One of my EM is allergic to all protein except chicken and venison. Also allergic to carrots and peas so pre-made raw food is out for us. Working on learning more about making our own at home but is this possible with just chicken and venison?
Yes! YES! SEE MY POST ABOVE!
What if you cook they food what about cooking the organs but not over cooking any of it I steam the vegetables and put the meat on rotisserie 🤷🏽♀️
We ALWAYS COOK - JUST NEVER EVER " USE SMOKED ( MEAT THAT HAS BEEN COOKED OVER OR IN A SMOKER OF ANY KIND) MAKES DOGS EXTREMELY SICK!!
About 30 year ago when processed (kibble) was a relatively new thing here in the uk i put my GSD on to a brand new "Pedigree chum" kibble, at about day ten on this new food i went out to the kennel and he dragged himself out to meet me on his front legs only, back legs dragging, i thought maybe he had broken his back ? rushed to vets and he said he was very ill and that he might not recover ! but his legs were actually ok , he had a very bad stomach issue, he was put on antibiotics and pain meds, and kaolin , i thought maybe he had eaten something poisenous outside, eventually he went on to the dog meal again after he recovered after being on softer tinned meats and chicken etc, after a week back on the kibble he came out the kennel exactly the same again, thats when it clicked in my head, it was the kibble ! pedigree removed the bags very soon after and there was rumours in the dog world at the time that a few dogs had died from eating it, i remember it was a long while before they released another dry meal.....i never bought another pedigree product after that.
Perspective moment for people who clearly live in suburbia. I live in a relatively small city in the low desert. Getting "variety, variety, variety" as someone stated, is not an option. I know I cant be the only one. My "nearest" bulk buying option is Azure Standard (as of current information gathered), my next bulk option is sams club an hr and a half away. Gas is ridiculous! That is less money for food. There is 1 store that caters to hispanic culture and is my only option for SOME organs. Beef heart, chicken heart, liver, gizzard, beef tongue, beef tripe. I cant even pretend to be able to give ANY fish. It would be a small fortune for so little. Unless you count canned from the dollar store that reeks to high heaven and no one would feed that in their house. Every bone I get must be purchased as soup bone and again like everything else, does not come bulk. I am hitting up a new butcher in town in hopes of learning if i can get bulk & variety. Until the last year or so, we didnt even have a butcher. Only the ones at grocery stores. Beef, pork, chicken are my only meat options. I am hoping to raise meat for my dogs, but once again, the animal I am looking for, I so far have not been successful to find to get started. People just do not raise food animals in a city USUALLY. So it isnt cut and dry.
Im a Mom of a Boxer mix about 70 lbs, and a Dogue De Bordeaux. The boxer mix has horrible allergies, and I suspect some kind of gut issue with the DDB cuz he is just under 2 years old and has horrid breath most of the time, and he has had regurgitation issues. I am trying to get all the ducks in a row to get them on a raw diet. I live in a small city and do not have much bulk buying possibilities near by. In the mean time, they are getting a bit less kibble. And im adding some meat (raw or lightly cooked), any broth i can make, pureed fruit and veg, along with golden paste. Money is a huge obstacle. I am also going to treat both for leaky gut, the boxer mix for sure. I hope my DDB gets better with diet change and some herbs and supplements. Im glad I came across your channel. Every week i am getting more information to help my boys❤️
so if you don’t have big dogs do you do calcium supplements or bones but not as big and do you like take the bones away after they’ve been chewing on it since it would be small and they could choke?
what about puppy diets are there any differences that you should do since there are puppy kibbles
I love this video so much cuz I've been reading so many books, watching so many videos, and I'm still overwhelmed! I wanna start but keep wondering if I should add supplements/vitamins/etc and how do I know what my dog is missing? Ahhhhhh Thank you for being so validating that I can do it even if I don't know everything..
Thank you so much for your videos. I have been laughing so hard. My English Mastiff is 7 years old and she has been my family since she was 3 months old. Due to her size and the fact that she shredded the back seat of my sedan, I purchased an SUV where she has her own spot in the rear. She has been eating fresh cooked food her entire life. I cook chicken breast, green beans and carrots, sometimes adding a sliced apple and some beaf bone. On the medication side she needs heartworm pills and flea and tick medicine which is about $200 twice a year. 1 year ago she was having a tick bite which caused her red blood cell level below of what's considered "normal". Steroids and antibiotics aside from vet appointment left me with a $2500 bill. Bladder issues caused another $600 bill for vet, blood work and antibiotics. Anyway, she is my family and I treat her like that.

I love Big Barker and their quick covers
I couldn't agree more! The covers are truly amazing! I've had one bed for over 9 years and the cover is near perfect! STILL! It's crazy!
@@BigDogMom I mean the Quick Cover that they released to go over the normal covers. The normal covers are awesome too!
Too funny. Thanks for clarifying! I haven't tried those! I will need to now. 😊
Feeding raw relieved my dogs chf ❤ he started showing symptoms - the coughing and slowing down. I really thought i was preparing ti lose him. Went ahead and got a diagnosis, and yes he does have chf. We switched to commercial raw nuggets for convenience and saw a change immediately. His fur started to fill in, it was so soft. His cataracts started to lessen (not cured but less) and his BREATH. O goodness his breath was so much better. We switched 3 years ago. HE IS STILL ALIVE AND IS TOTALLY A PUPPY AGAIN. He's 15! He hangs out with me all day in the car at work so i can keep an eye on him in his later years. But yeah 😊 hes still here. The vets are more easy going on the raw diets. His liver, heart and kidney values are normal. His cough is gone. He plays and is VERY interested in food again. My furever puppy ❤
Wow! That's amazing! I'm so happy to hear how well this worked for your dog! Thank you for sharing!
Halo collar check it out
I have a Halo collar on my content calendar to review. I'm hoping to purchase a couple other ones to test out as well. Thank you for the suggestion. We ended up getting SpotOn, but I want to make sure I share with all of you the differences (good and bad) between the other GPS fence options. As you know, there is never a one-size-fits-all with big dogs. :)
HOA aren't laws public safety is more important.ask yr code officials.
I understand, but if you live in a neighborhood with an HOA, they make the rules as it relates to fences.
I call it 'SPOOGE' & YES it gets EVERYWHERE - from the ceilings to the floors, including walls, cupboards, doorknobs & handles! EVERYWHERE!
Hahaha!! Spooge! I love it. Yep, it's everywhere here, too!
What do you think about Maev?
I hadn't heard of that one until I saw your question. Based on what I can see on their website, it looks decent but would be expensive for large dogs I think. The ingredient profile is great, and would be a nice option for those who really don't want to put their own raw meals together. Of the two formulas I would definitely go with the beef! How big is your dog? To give you an example of how much just one of my Mastiffs eat about 3.6-4lbs a day (200+ lb dog). Keep that in mind as you price this out. If I had smaller dogs, I would definitely consider this!
This test is fantastic! Its a long one but have a very "scientific method" approach that draws me in, love all the details! Subscribed!
Aw, thank you so much!! This was a labor of love for sure! So happy to have you here!
