Heyy quick question, I want to progress and having stronger shoulders for handstand push ups later should I do pseudo planche push ups or pike push ups? I already do both in my workouts but I start off by doing the pseudo planche and later in the middle of the workout I do pike push ups but because it's in the middle of the workout I can't do that much reps so I was wondering if I shouldn't just stop doing pseudo planche and do pike at the beginning but idk

I would do both personally. Fatigue is normal as you go through your workout. You can always swap them workout to workout to get an idea of what a "fresher" set feels like in terms of performance.

Dumbell rows > barbell rows imo, all the problems you mentioned here are non existent. I do both db rows and inverted rows

Most ropes are adjustable when you buy them. Crossrope you select a rope based on your height. When you step on the rope in the middle and pull the handles up, the bottom of the handles should be around your armpit-a little higher or lower based on personal preference.
