  Recipe 1 Chicken Legs Good ingredients, horrible recipe and technique. Butter and fat from all the chicken skin is never drained, making it a greasy dish as juices are not even thickened to make a sauce, Boiled red onions turn gray. Asparagus, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes shown boiling for 20 mins, so way overcooked. Zucchini like mush. End result. Boiled chicken legs in a greasy watery sauce with overcooked vegetables.
