I have one thing I'm sure only about 8% of preppers keep on hand. I have about 100 gallons of this. Pedialyte. It will rehydrate you faster than water alone and even when it expires you can still drink it. I drink mine as the expiration date comes up and replace it with 3 more bottles because I like keeping my supply fresh.

i’ve been buying eggs steaks ect i cook them all up with seasons and vegs ect them i vacuum seal em this way it takes less fuel and time to warm and if worse comes to worse they can be eaten cold if bugging out you will have some time to get organized and still have good food to eat

Water filtration systems are useless if you don't have water to begin with. Yes, you can filter rhe water in your hot water heater but once it's dry, your filter is of little use.
