Get a small fridge and small inverter then add as much solar as you can - min 100. Emergency use your car battery. Solar generator as big a you can 1000 watt.

Holy Cow , we need a whole store to be safe. I have stored nothing , where to get the money from to buy all this extra food and other needed things. I guess I’m one to die when it comes right down to it.

Food pantries are free. Every little bit adds up. If you or someone you know is going to the dollar store, get 5 bucks worth of shelf stable food. It’ll be a good start. Put a tomato plant in your back yard. If you master that, add more veggies. Don’t give up before you’ve begun. You can do it. ❤

Start buying 5 canned goods a week, try to buy a bag of rice and pasta every other week, it will add up quickly. Wishing you many blessings 🙏

Use your empty glass jars to store water. Designate 5 dollars a week to buy food,. You can spend more if you have it, but anything is better than nothing. Don't forget hygiene products. A small amount each week adds up. Take inventory of what you already have so you can see how long you could function if it happened today. Then fill in the items you are short on. After a week of no power last month, I found out that, while I certainly didn't have a lot prepared, I had more than I thought; it wasn't well organized and made it seem like less than it really was.

Don't forget your water heater.

Buy a sawyer mini water filter and a couple cases of smart water bottles. As long as you can find water you’ll have a lifetime supply of water.

I think the people is not ready is the first go empty the store and fit for food

If you don't prepare for yourself and your family, please don't complain when you do without. Not likely your neighbor will have enough for you and his own family.

You need to be able to heat the rice in order to cook it as well as other items. Gas for generators will not exist w/out electricity unless you safely stockpiled it/propane, too. Solar powered will be questionable for other reasons. People will be sick taking chances of thawed food and it will spread publicly. About the 3rd time someone tries to turn on the light, anger will soar faster than the viruses. Will anything happen? Most people are locked in comfort, unaware of enemies and ignoring viable threats. Will we still have God’s merciful blessings? Intolerable sin is increasing. What happened when you disobeyed your father? This nation must repent and become one nation under God and I suspect it will be the hard way.

Stop telling folks to prepare because it’s too late. Most of the items needed are very expensive and have to be ordered online. That means credit cards, receiving addresses and wait time.. I’ve been prepping since 2019. Everyone called me paranoid. And I told them in 2019 that if you wait till 2024 to get ready it will be too late!

Every day without something happening is the good ole days. You can go to Wal-Mart, Menards, Lowe's the grocery store today and get items. The more ppl who do that now, the easier it will be on them & their families

Got it all. You are on point. We been prepping since the Y2K false flag armeggeddon. Never stopped. Came in handy for periodic power glitches, Then 2012 Hurricane Sandy hit…8 days without power & Sheltering in place advisories. Kept prepping. Closing gaps, back ups to back ups. Then a devastating 1000 year flood in our new location in 2015. Kept prepping. Added multiple Solar gen units since 2019 & faraday cages. Still “armoring” up.…covering all bases. Ephesians 6:10-18

Even Cubs, Brownies, Boy Scouts and Girl Guides prepare! Their motto, is .'Be Prepared' If children can do it, one would expect an adult is capable of doing so! Besides, mindful prepping is the best way of mitigating inflation and shortages. But, feel free to live in denial.
