Still too big....If they would shrink down to 36mm with same dial styles as the 40mm.....I would buy three.....Look very similar to a 1960's Omega Seamaster 30....

The real original one is also sharp on the clasp. I've cut myself numerous occasions showing with it on.

The thing I hate about clasps is that depending on how long it is, it feels like a whole other watch under your wrist. I want to enjoy seeing the bracelet, too. The PRX butterfly clasp is just perfect in this regard because it makes the bracelet feel like it wraps around the whole wrist. it's visually more appealing to me.

I've got the San Martin on order and really looking forward to receiving it. The only thing I would say is that I think a lot people would be happy to pay a bit extra for a hi beat option just to get that nice smooth second hand sweep.

I own the IXDAO with the black dial and can confirm the test result from your video overall. Seen from the front, the workmanship of the IXDAO is perfect, but more care should have been taken to smooth the edges of the case on the back! The edges are simply too sharp and I refinished them with a korun stone myself. Until this is approximately perfect, I have to repeat this rework again. In order to receive an unreserved recommendation, this work should be carried out carefully by the manufacturer. I am always pleasantly amazed at the accuracy of the PT5000. For me this offers almost the same level of quality as the original ETA 2824-2.

i think the Heimdallr is grade 5 Ti. i am CONVINCED that all the chinese watches claiming to vbe made from grade 2 like my Thorn or this SM, are, in reality aluminium with a Ti oxide PVD finish. Ti is really really really difficult to polish. the SM and my thorn are polished which aluminium with a PVD IS easy to polish. YMMV.

Informative comparison. Note that you can track a second timezone perfectly well on the original Timex Q. Only limitation is, unlike the GMT, you can't distinguish between am and pm in the second timezone.

I have owned one of these for 6 months and it has become my favourite watch. At 36mm it is the perfect size. Accuracy is brilliant. I hope they produce a version with applied indices sometime soon.

When you do a wrist shot, make sure you roll your wrist all the way forward so that we get a top-down view of how the watch sits on your wrist. I'm sure you could see the watch, but it was always just over the horizon for the viewer.

I own the IXDAO with the black dial and can confirm the test result from your video overall.
