  check the connections in the door hinge - they're worn where the ziptie holds them - cut that thing off and fix the wiring.

  Same for me lol. I changed the sensor, was not easy. Worked for a day then same problem. It says -30 C degrees when it is +40 C outside. I would not care but the aircondition doesn't work probably because of this.

  @@leecasper6657 AC is involved only to the degree of temperature being close to the freeze (it does not simply engage then) Did you check the door hinge harness? Unless you got a used sensor, problem's in a different place. EDIT: dismiss, the second part - I thought it was a Volvo... lol

  I used a normal soldering iron. But I did see somebody use one of those and it looked very precise. If I do more of it, I might invest. Glad it worked 👌

  The aircon has stopped on my 500x although the temp is reading..my question is if it is an incorrect reading ie 16° in 3 others cars but 21° in mine would this stop the aircon from working?

  There are 2 versions of the M22. You have M22/14 and an M22/15. Just check the internal diameter to see which one you require.

  Thanks a lot - it was a bit nerve-wrecking (OF COURSE the clip fell out), but still much easier than taking it all apart and removing the headlight assembly. It will probably go much easier the next time, too.

  Thanks so much! Saved me a lot of headache as I bought the car with the small cap missing on the passenger side, had a replacement cap and did not understand why I can't fit it. This video made me realize I still had the black part of the cap inside the door, and I had to remove it to fit the new part.

  That loose terminal could contact the uncovered ground terminal easily. Better to cover it with some heat shrink.

  😂 a lot of people still prefer doing it that way. More risk with dropping the retaining clip is what puts most people off I think. Glad it helped though mate, thanks

Clip ofcourse came off (I caught it)..and was slightly bent on one of its mounting prongs..I found if I removed the top rubber cap on the light housing I could actually see through to where it fits in place and the whole clip action made more sense in my head. I re bent the clip to its original position and managed to blindly get it back in position with my now mutilated forearm. All working, just in time for inspection tomorrow. Thanks again mate.   They can get to a point where they'd need more than a polish. Without looking mate, if a few passes with autosol and wire wool isn't getting it off, I'd try a fallout remover to get heavy soot off, but if it's pitted I'd say get a new pair and stay ontop of them with regular cleaning.   Hi Marcus. Thanks for the interesting video. I have uploaded complete service tutorials for high-pressure cleaners such as Karcher, Nilfisk, Elektra Beckum, and Lavor. One of them is the Nilfisk E 140.3 cleaner repair manual, which is more or less identical to your Nilfisk E 145.4. However, they have a few small details that are different. One of them is, for example, how the high-pressure hose is connected to the reel (winch). My cleaner is different, so I can't upgrade it to the hose you bought. But still, your video and advice are perfect for many who have a similar connection method as you. The reason why you have so few views (currently only 210 in 5 months), even though your video would help many, is that you do not have so-called keywords in the title of the video and also in the description of the video and possibly keywords with hashtags in the description of the video. For example, add "Nilfisk" to the name and it will already help the KZread algorithm to recommend your video to those who are looking for similar videos or are solving a similar problem and would like to replace the high-pressure hose with a better one. Hopefully, this will help you a little (I'm no expert in this field since I have a very short channel too, but this is said to help, as well as a lot of "likes" and comments under the videos) and your videos will get even more views and your channel it will grow faster, which can help you monetize.   Retrofitted led headlight aren't legal in the UK. But not being able to see the bulb with type of lense, you'd probably be safe to change them
