had this dish from this restaurant from this chef while visiting japan, very much style over substance. the egg is too runny and has a slimy texture when eating it. i asked the staff and they said others have the same reaction, visually interesting but doesn’t have repeat customers. fortunately there are several better tasting dishes on the menu which i enjoyed.
