    No idea what the random barley stock side part is, and what do you coat and fry..is it foie gras? Fish? And what are thise soft pototo- like things? Scallops? . Proper info would be nice. Seriously why post a video if you dont give any info with it?

    had this dish from this restaurant from this chef while visiting japan, very much style over substance. the egg is too runny and has a slimy texture when eating it. i asked the staff and they said others have the same reaction, visually interesting but doesn’t have repeat customers. fortunately there are several better tasting dishes on the menu which i enjoyed.

    Wow, that was so masterfully done 😳. I tried making one myself, but the egg was either over or too undercooked. Same with the rice. I need a rice cooker 😅.
