  എനിക്കൊരു പ്രശ്നമുണ്ട്.. Strangers ആണ് എന്റെ പേടി.. നാല് ആൾ കൂടിയ സ്ഥലത്ത് നിൽക്കാനോ സംസാരിക്കാനോ എനിക്ക് പറ്റില്ല.. നന്നായി പാടും.. ഒരു സിംഗർ ആവണം എന്നായിരുന്നു ലക്ഷ്യം.. സ്റ്റേജ് പേടി ആയതുകൊണ്ട് പാട്ടുകാരൻ ആവണമെന്ന ലക്ഷ്യം 100 പേരെങ്കിലും ഉള്ള ഒരു സ്റ്റേജിൽ ഒരുതവണ പാടണം എന്നായി മാറി.. ആദ്യമൊക്കെ ഞാനൊരു introvert ആയതുകൊണ്ടാണ്.. ഇതെന്റെ character ആണെന്ന് വിചാരിച് സമാധാനിച്ചു.. പിന്നീടാണ് internet വഴി social anxiety എന്ന അവസ്ഥയാണ് മനസ്സിലായെ..psychiatrist നെ ഒക്കെ കാണിച്ചു.. കുറെ കാലം medicine എടുത്തു 1 year മുൻപ്... അതും രക്ഷയില്ലന്ന് കണ്ടപ്പോ നിർത്തി.. ഇപ്പൊ ഈ video കണ്ടപ്പോ.. ഇതുവരെ ഇല്ലാത്ത പുതിയ കുറെ കാര്യങ്ങൾ കിട്ടിയപോലെ.. Please replay me... What i do?

  “Not responding is a response” wow!! പലപ്പോഴും നമ്മൾ സില്ലി ആയിട്ട് കരുതുന്ന കുഞ്ഞ് കുഞ്ഞ് കാര്യങ്ങൾ ഒക്കെ എത്ര പ്രാധാന്യം അർഹിക്കുന്നു എന്ന്കൃത്യമായി പറഞ്ഞു തരുന്ന മനോഹരമായ എപ്പിസോഡ്. And as always ,those beautiful quotes add beauty to it Aathi! Remember watching this 3 years ago .It came in my suggestions today when I badly needed it . An eye opener one !🥰
