I think that with all she added that the price is right for this Tiny Home. The concrete pad 😊& tie downs, the deck 😊, fenced in yard 😊, and where it sits on the lot just make this a good deal for someone. I would need a downstairs bedroom though 🫤… but I really like everything else about this home. ❤

I don’t know if this is a Dalton model, but it is the same size and layout, and a new Dalton costs $69,900. So I think it would help to list the added value of the concrete slab and tie downs, the cement (?) skirting, the covered deck, fencing, and appliances. I’m sure those things add up to a lot of added value. But the refrigerator in the living room is a miss in my opinion. I wish the owner all the best in selling this home and moving to her new home❤️

I agree that would be absurd. I would have a washer/dryer combo in the bathroom (where most people put it) and move the fridge to its intended location at the end of the kitchen. It would make the living room seem much more spacious.

@@karenjohnson6667 considering it’s a front loader, trying to open the doors to both isn’t doable. You’d have to (and I have) stand to the side of them to open the door as the hall wall is too close to remove the clothes. Common sense is to move the washer and dryer so they were both accessible, and out of the living room. And, more common sense to have the fridge near the cook top. But, we each choose where everything goes.

I can’t help but wonder, does crawling into and out of bed become, “ I’m done with this” issue. Sleeping on the floor isn’t the biggest issue, but crawling around becomes a bigger issue. The total lack of “ where am I going to put just everyday things. So you have 3 pair of underwear, 2 pants and 2 shirts. What about winter things? More than one pair of shoes. Do you need to food shop 2-3 times a week? This is cozy yes, but way small at the same time.

All that she did is something the new owner will not have to put money & labor out. All they have to do is enjoy the peace & quiet of retirement. It is so worth $90,000.00.😊🙏

I understand how you could feel like the price is to high. However, the link to the other house that was 50,000 was from 2 years ago and prices all over for all types of items have gone up considerably. The owner of this home has put it on a cement pad. ( not cheap), she has added a cement skirting verses your usual skirting, she has fenced around it and has put down sod. She has also added a deck. Everything that she has done are additional expenses above and beyond the price of the home. So, that is something to consider when you look at the price.
