ok just started this recipe, soaking the chickpeassss!!! I'm excited about making my own cultures, I've only ever made cow milk yogurt using store bought yogurt. i'll see how this chickpea yogurt turns out n___n

Hi, did you know: when you let the milk set before cooking (15min), then the starch separates at the bottom. If you only cook the upper liquid, without the starch, you get a self curdling tofu :)) and the starch you can use separately for other recipes (instead of cornstarch). :))

Now I see why your water volume changed and you did not mention salt amts as your recipe was custom(from many). Your right not many home versions. Regardless, looks great.

Hi Great channel and videos. How much salt did you add to the lacto-fermented vegetables? I think the advice is 2% salt to the total weight of vegetables being used? Does the fermentation process take longer when the vegetables have not been cut down in size? Thank You = )

When filling thin neck bottles , use a funnel with a big opening at the cone mouth and place your siphon in the hole , now when filling the bottles , pick up the empty bottle with left hand to the funnel and right hand do the shifting , then you have less spill the n place the filling bottle down to free your hand for the nixt empty bottle repeat the process ❤ happy wine making , to speed up the fermenting process blend the raw grapes but you will end up with more pulp, either way you have to squeeze it bone dry, i love wine making too ❤

Did you have a system for sanitizing the equipment? I want to try making wine myself but I’m not sure of the steps for making it all sterile, since sources all say something different on that part
