It's the standard pace ( 140 per minute ) for Gurkhas and the Rifles ( Light Infantry ).

Hi Military Events, many thanks for making this excellent video on top of your other activities that day! This is an amazingly "full" sounding band - it sounds more like 60 players in places!

Impressive. I served in the British army (RMP) in the sixties and I recall the drill of the RAF (but not the RAF Regiment) as being woeful. This demo was good. Not sure about the beards though! Well done anyway!

Great band. Terrible opening march. Rickets/Alford marches are the best.

Great video here "Military Events" I like the way you zoom-in on certain instruments to see and hear their particular musical notes and their sub-tune-pieces within the overall music, especially the Euphonium and Tuba. This is how a Military Band should perform ... Perfect music ... Perfect sound ... Perfect marching ... Perfectly straight lines. No wonder the Bands of HM Royal Marines are renown throughout the world as being one of the finest Military Bands, ever.

Horrible turnout from the two guardsmen, one is missing a button and another has a medal with just the ribbon! I assume they just woke up and was short notice.
