We should have gotten Westaniel being a couple!!! West and Daniel practically flirted like Jiley. 😂 West: "Can you spell impasse?". Daniel: "I-M-P-A-S-S-E". In Lost and Found Music Studios: Riley: "You can't even spell intelligence." James: "But I know what it means". West and Daniel doing a ballet/hip-hop duet in Season 1. Jiley doing a ballet/hip-hop painting duet in Season 2. 🩰🎨 Westaniel should have been a thing! It could have happened in Season 5, like West was no longer just in scenes with James and Eldon, and Daniel was having his redemption arc after Season 3 of being the baddie...it would have been so cool! 😍

Emily and Michelle actually say during the original episode that they went to studio A especifically to watch Daniel and West dance bc they heard they would be there and say they love their dance styles. That's why they come in and sit to watch. This is explained on the talking heads this fan edit you're watching cut. I would have liked to see your reactions to the talking heads too like you did with the other duet.

No for real, I don't remember a SINGLE friendship scene between Riley and Daniel and the only partnering between you guys was in Emily's Addicted 2 U group dance in the final poses. Although I will say, if Daniel had a crush on James, it would explain why he chose to screw with James and Riley during the Internationals Season 3 dance battles and swap the names in the hat...

the point abt s1 feeling like a real world at 2:50, while later seasons feel like a performance, is so real !! s1 was so engaging for the fact it really felt like a real world/ reality tv, and over time they really lost that magic. i know it’s meant to be a show with acting, but it all feels staged rather than it feeling real. it’s one of the main things i get upset abt bc the realism of s1 isn’t going to be created again

I mean, in Season 3, Britt did the MOST partnering with all the guys. Riley danced primarily with James, but in Shining Lights, she did the most partnering with Max as well and partnering with Noah in Blind...so you aren't wrong on that front; she got lifted and featured the most. ❤
