  I wonder if there’s difference in what coffee you’re drinking? I find South American-based coffee doesn’t give me the jitters, anxious feelings I get when I drink airport coffee (American usually). Maybe that’s not the right way to phrase that but that’s how I compare coffee haha. I find the coffee I usually drink doesn’t make me any more tired/alert than when I skip the morning coffee. Hmm now im curious 🤔 I think the concentration of coffee might make a difference?? Idk

  I used to be 175 and in shape now I’m 133 and I know it’s not good I know it’s not food. I’m starving but everytime I want to eat I want to spit it out but i force myself to eat

  The problem is more on a hormone level as carbohydrates spike your insulin levels, thus they come crashing back down making you desire more similar food, and so on. Eliminating these non essential carbohydrates does one thing and that keeps your blood sugar levels stable and this is the perfect environment for weight control. Hope that helps.

  How??!! HOW DID YOU FIND OUT ABOUT THE NOMAD VISA ETC?! How did you know this country provides these visas? Countries only let people stay forever if they marry someone from that country or they have a degree and work experience in a field that country needs workers in. Please explain how you did this. Please list all your income sources from highest source to lowest

  yep im commenting 7 years late here, just a tip for anybody getting any type of eye surgery, if your eyes water. get some tissue and dap away the excessive water from the eyes. dont rub, just dap. this is primarily whats causing that discomfort asd the eyes cant handle the excess.

  Carbs aren't essential for life but I find my hormones work much better on complex whole food carbs. Remember, someone survived for a year just eating potatoes 😊

  Regarding clothes, there is a chain of shops called Arenas, they do skate and surf brands, probably your best bet. I guess the hardest thing about amazon would be your address, as I'm guessing it's something like, the blue house 100m east of the pulperia by the tree 😂. I lived in Samara for 1 month and Heredia for 3 years. Enjoy your time, Pura Vida mae.

  I had my honeymoon in Costa Rica for 11 days a back in November and we explored parts of the country and went horseback riding in the mountains next to Nicaragua... I know the country has its problems, every country does but the people there all around were so much nicer and happier to interact with than 90% of people I talk to here in the states. The produce tasted so much better, especially the fruits. Beautiful country. Even the locals who live in the problems that the country has, say they could never see themselves living somewhere else.

  Interestingly, you made this make the big jump, I'm currently in Chile with my girlfriend(wife-to-be) she is Chilean herself and we debate the idea of either settling in the UK or Chile. i spent a month last year i am now here for 2 months with her family and to be honest I m liken it more now and am getting more for South America. So this video has given food for thought

  l certainly don't view it that way but l totally understand what you mean. The channel isn't just mine, it's ours so if JC wants to upload he will, much like myself. It is always a choice. There has been times whereby only JC had uploaded for months and visa versa so it doesn't really' matter too much to us. But l will be honest and say that if l do end up just posting content all the time about CR and living here etc, l will just create another channel down the line as it doesn't make sense to just fill it with my moving process
