Thanks for the questions guys! I’m taking notes of them all 💪🏼
Hi John, glad you’re both okay! My question isn’t directly fitness related but I’d be really keen to hear more about how you and Leon approach a self employed career and all the elements that go into running a business, and specifically how you schedule it all with filming, editing, running the channel and social media, training & family time. I’ve followed your channel for years and it’s been so inspiring to see how much work you guys put into everything you do, and to give off so much positivity to us all watching. Really appreciate all you’ve done. Cheers! James
Glad you're both okay John❤

Goals for the year are to find the right balance to that I can carry on with gym work and get back into kayak racing, having not done much steady state cardio since 2018!
John, please can you do a video on the core basics work you've been doing with Nic, I'm particularly interested in the foot drop prevention/strengthening, she described one on insta a while a ago but it would be good to understand how to correctly set up & where the pull is meant to be felt etc. ETA hope the car gets sorted without too much difficulty, given where it got hit I hope the tracking is checked properly (if it isn't or you have concerns Autotest up by the airport are the A* place for that). Glad you're all ok, Bobby is such a sweetie
So cute with your daughter 😍 my question is: when I do heavy squats or goblet squats I get lots of issues with my right knee or hip. I already do mobility work before and static stretching after my sessions but some days it just is so bad I can’t do the movement at all after warming up. Already trying to strengthen the quadriceps isolated. Any tips for specific mobility or stretching or strengthening exercises?
I train tae Kwon do and I am interested in exercises to help with explosiveness in the legs, so building the ability to launch quickly. Thanks for the videos!
Hi John, I turned 30 last year and since then I have had niggle after niggle doing crossfit. This year I am stepping back from crossfit and putting extra focus on my mobility. Looking at the content from Knessovertoesguy and Tom merrick for knowledge and benchmarks. My main question is how do I maintain my strength and performance while working around these niggles, improving my mobility and resilience in the gym? Also, just want to say thanks for the great content and keep it up.
Hi John. My question is regarding calorie deficit and those last, stubborn 20 pounds. Over the past several years I took a sensible approach to losing weight (down slightly over 100 pounds) but have not been able to budge these last 20. I work with a coach 3x a week on strength training and a bit of boxing. I get my cardio steps in 6 days a week. My calories (I track) run between 1200-1400 daily. I would appreciate any suggestions you may have.
Hi John , I’m 53 , and train cardio , resistance training 5 times a week. I’m thinking 2 cardio based sessions and 3 resistance weight training, What do you recommend? Thank and glad you’re both ok. ❤
