When life gives you lemons, what do you do with them? Over here at The Squeeze-we talk about it-"it" being our mental health and well being. Host Taylor Lautner's (no, not that guy, but she is married to that guy) introduction to mental health was at a young age, witnessing friends and family suffer in ways she couldn't fully understand. She started a nursing career in the peak of the pandemic and has been struggling with her own mental health ever since. Tay is joined by co-host, husband Taylor Lautner, in addition to celebrity and expert guests to further the conversation surrounding mental wellness. At the end of the day, we're all pretty similar; even those living in the lime-est of lights can be weighed down by sour lemons. In addition to sharing coping strategies and stories, we hope that above all, this podcast offers the comfort of knowing you are not alone.

You can’t gain weight if you’re not in a caloric surplus
I gained 80 lbs in one year and it turns out i have hashimotos disease my dr got my hormones balanced and I finally stopped gaining weight
❤❤❤
A true Believer, I guess
Grief is something that we really don't talk about enough in a real way.... Lost my son as well. Good talk.
I'm an introvert...I'm a Sagittarius, antisocial, ever since I was a kid I use to wear black and white and I always spend my time by myself Sagittarius rather spend time with themselves than spend time with friends...😍 You have beautiful eyes btw haha ^•^
Good for Taylor and Taylor. Great podcast. I’ll tell you what’s amazing. That is monsters who think they “ended” someone’s soul. They have not. Physically that person may be gone but his legacy will leave on. This mom is an amazing mom. I hope nothing but the best.
This is such a good one. TayHill being so real in here, I can definitely feel the love for Tate 🤍
~Could not have been more timely for me! Thank you to all T’s of you! ✨✨✨
Beautiful interview normalizing therapy as life coaching tools, absolutely 1000% Good job everyone. So brave and beautiful. Thank you!
Acho? Kacey Kenny? Can anyone clarify these references? Thanks!
Nastia is a LEGEND. ( and a really cool person)
❤❤
Is there a reason the hosts are so whispery/soft-spoken? No shade, but it felt more like ASMR than a podcast… Their voices are almost *too* calming like borderline boring.
Oh mannn, I've been hearing that more people have been getting diabetes diagnoses after covid :( Hope she is able to manage it well and keep dancing!
Taylor Hill The last real angel ❤
They asked the question and I immediately said sushi 😂 was shocked that 2/3 of them agreed with me lol
The root if it is mineral!!! Makes me nuts more aren’t trained in the intracellular mineral ratios. Minerals run the whole body and hormones and organs all systems at the root
The way Remi immediately went up and sat next to Taylor when she started speaking about Tate just proves how amazing dogs are🤍 I loved this episode as someone who has also lost a pet, it’s so validating to hear someone else’s grief experience as well.
❤❤❤
Our healthcare system needs to be better, we all need access to it, because everyone has to have screening done. Cancer does not care for age, it could give warnings, and it could just appear, the only way to fight it, is to find it early. RIP Madison.
I think I enjoy this podcast as much as my Mom did Ellen. I predict Taylor gets her own TV show in five years.
I love her! 😍 Glad you guys had her after launching her company.
Also the most beautiful guest on your podcast ❤❤❤❤
Good morning Taylors! ❤️ hope you are well this morning!
I've been following Taylor hill for long long time, she's an absolute gem and a lovely human being ❤it's so great what she's doing for other dogs. This podcast was so wholesome ❤
A Taylor trio.❤ A hug from Brazil.
No one's going to acknowledge Lautner saying losing a pet was rough as in "ruff." Lol
🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷
She sounds like Margot Robbie, it's like the nice aussie accents
They were kids when they dated and never really talked bad about each other.
Anybody else waiting for him to turn into a werewolf?
Bless her
GREAT EPISODE Maybe you should have the parents of Xana, Kaylee and Maddie on the show.
I would love to be on your pod cast
To think that cancer is basically your cells doing everything in their power to stay alive.
Love your style, Mayim - look gorgeous❤❤
It really is deeply inspiring to look at grief this way. Letting gratitude for time with your loved ones become bigger than the grief of your loss. Looking at his glass of life as half-full instead of half-lived. He would be so proud of them.
This was my first episode of your podcast and I’m sure my algorithm brought me here for so many good reasons. Love Mayim and her podcast and look forward to seeing more of what you guts do here!
Ethan and Xana have each other in heaven I feel like Ethan is by his mom side all the time
My baby regulated my hormones too. I had never in my life had a regular cycle I could depend on until after my pregnancy. I say its like I pressed a reset button on my hormones.
Recently found you because of following Mayim Bialik and your visits on each other's podcasts. I really enjoy your interactions with guests and appreciate the guests that you have on your podcast.
nicely said
A grieving wife shouldn't sound like this. She sounds like an outsider giving commentary. It's like she's trying to prove it wasn't her fault. And yes, it wasn't. But it is not necessary to try this hard to explain.
You all are being gaslight
Just came across this ! I’ve followed the Idaho4 tragic event from day one. I have to say Mrs. Chapin is an amazing woman ! I absolutely listened intently to every word she spoke. Thank you for having her on your show ! Mrs. Chapin it was such an honor to see you and hear your words. Ethan was a very special young man and he came from very wonderful family. Thank you for sharing your stories about Ethan. 🩵🕊️🕊️
We all miss cameron boyce so much he was such a bright young man rest in peace cameron boyce ❤
Commercials stink
All good until commercials...
Taylor and Taylor, I don’t know if you guys have talked about it much, but mental health challenges following traumatic brain injuries are something that doesn’t get brought up much especially in the medical field today.
