  I have to do a colposcopy. I know I'm HPV positive with one of 14 most popular strains but I don't know which one. I went to the drs to ask and they said a whole bunch of nothing. Will I never find out or only after the colposcopy results?

  I work as an attendant in a casino in Vegas. I have 4 yr degree and I just made $130,000 last year and some of my coworkers didn’t even finish high school and we all make the same. Some of us make more because they like to work overtime when busy.

  I’m happy for you. Something that a lot of us NPs, especially Family NPs are doing is opening their own practice with a covering physician. The physician just has to cover the practice and you include him or her on what your practice brings in. Many NPs are starting their own businesses. One thing that is big here in Michigan is infusion clinics and weight loss clinics, therefore you can set your own rate; income. No longer are nurses/NPs working for someone else.

The Kelsey was overwhelming, but like you said, the practice questions are great. I'm taking my exam next month and I can't wait for it to be behind me!
