Kapper Outdoors 2.0 Excavation & Land Management

Kapper Outdoors 2.0 Excavation & Land Management

About 6 years ago after hiring a lot of excavator work on our property I got to thinking that if I learned how to use my own mini excavator I could save thousands of dollars over the years, and maybe even have the thing start paying for itself once I become proficient. Join me on the adventures of the average Joe (former Marine, served in the Gulf war and retired law enforcement) who wanted to learn to use a mini excavator and other equipment for land management projects, property management, fixing roads, clearing trees, small ponds and watering holes, creating new food plots, land clearing, installing culvert pipes and much more. Now after around 1,000 total hours on mini excavators things are starting to expand for us. I hope that you'll join me to see just how useful a mini excavator can be on property and all of the things that you can accomplish with them. Thank you.

There is so much in this one! Mernards looks great, we don't have them here. Looks like they make door locks out of gold now, Yikes they were expensive! I used to cut keys 45+ years ago, old school way. Hubs did re-keying back then, that looks basically them same. I can see some of that copper in a future Sharon project. Nice video!

Sharon your videos are awesome. That key making machine was cool. I bet you had all that done before Joe was out of bed! I can see him now, honey what’s for breakfast. You should have took a bucket of ice water and covered him good or the hose. ❤❤😂😂. Love your videos. I wish you splurge and buy stuff like Joe does just once. He is like a kid in candy store. And he Says you loose your attention, look back to video of him shopping when you moved to Illinois. Did Kapper replant the flowers in the fancy carport he mowed over.?

We didn't change the locks on our house. But the building has a brand new walk in door with a new lock and same key for the deadbolt. What I'm sick of is the mail from all the previous owners. The Sheriff came by the other day and wanted to see the man who lived here before us and I told him that we have lived here for 3 years and he doesn't live here. I told the officer that I got some mail from Dallas County and I sent it back to them. This guy got caught poaching deer and wad in jail when we seen the house.

I would imagine that the underneath is plugged up with weeds and crap. I cut part of my pasture with my zero turn mower which is a Gravelly. But after that bought a mower for the tractor. Another good mower is the Ventrac which can cut a steep hill. I have a steep hill next to my building and it spooks me so I use a stihl trimmer for that. Mainly because at the bottom there is a wood fence.

I have a farm in western KY and live there half the time and phx half the time so have lots of mowing to do every few weeks when I'm back in KY . I mowed my mother in laws this morning early. To wet to mow but had to get done. It was about 12 inches high. Rain and heat keep me from doing it as needed. I mow a lot that gets away from me. I been to hot several times. In hospital once for it. Now I can't do the heat, and Arkansas has plenty of it. My mower is a pro series Spartan, so that helps. Be safe, mowing tall grass, hidden holes, or rock can get you.
