I definitely think that 1990 is an unplated cent, because the details are very easy to see, and when they plate pennies, the detail gets a little less obvious

I’ve found dimes in penny rolls but never an Indian head. I get about 90 - 120 wheat for every 150,000 Pennie’s.

Did you discover what was going on with the silver colored penny? Was it struck on a planchet for coins from a different country?? I think the US produces coins for other countries at Philadelphia (which this penny was produced at)

Probably a dumb question, but I want to start searching and wanted to know, Can you return the dimes to the bank rolled again? Or do you have to use that coin counting machine that takes a fee out?

Thanks I appreciate it! I just use a little piece of tape and roll them up in the same paper they came in but I also have an account with a bank who let's me dump in loose coins for free so either works really, not all banks have that though
