I've only found 10. Been hearing that nickel and dime production this year was halted (not sure how true that is) but haven't seen any of those...or the '24 quarters

I've seen a bunch of 2024s in circulated rolls around here. Earlier this year actually I got 4-5 full boxes and sold those on eBay for 3-4x face value.
I definitely think that 1990 is an unplated cent, because the details are very easy to see, and when they plate pennies, the detail gets a little less obvious
Did you discover what was going on with the silver colored penny? Was it struck on a planchet for coins from a different country?? I think the US produces coins for other countries at Philadelphia (which this penny was produced at)

That's what I think it could be which would make it very valuable I still need to get it graded to find out for sure
