First of all I want to thank you for creating these wonderful videos which make even a person like me glued to them, who has not worked much with the presentations. I am a freelancer. I do not have any skills of data visualization and graphic design. I was wondering if courses at TheAnalystAcademy can be useful for me. I will be grateful if you could advise. Thanks!
Excuse me,I can’t find the link of Employer Charts ,would you please tell me again ,thank you so much ❤
Are these presentations intended for a live presentation or to by viewed async without additional context? Asking because these slides seem very text heavy which I thought was very much discouraged for live presentations?
It's a mix of both. I agree many of these are too dense to be presented live, but you'd be surprised how common it is in consulting and elsewhere in the corporate world. Most often a slide is presented live, but still needs to be descriptive enough to stand alone without voiceover. With the right structure and design you can make it work.
Are these features available in the free version?
This was super-helpful! Great presentation.
Super useful Thank you so much
Super useful man 👍
The zoom in and out will be dated soon. Might want to add that to your recommendations. :)
quite wonderful! stop saying how boring--you're a genius~
great explanation!!
Didn't know, Top firms make such shitty slides. Im actually shocked...
nice video
Thank you for sharing. It is so informative. It is 1 of my favourite channels to see all new posting, rewind rewind and rewind 😊
Very insightful!
Do you have any live examples of finance presentations? Like story telling about variance analysis of actuals vs budgets, waterfall, org structure etc
Check out SlideStart.com
It's interesting, please publish more of these design principles.
Amazing use case
Great video!
I almost always use LLMs to help me get my content sounding sharp and clear. Crazy how far some fancy prompt engineering can go for ya. Great work man
It blows me away every time.

Hi there - can you provide a video for Mac shortcuts?

Go with typography ❤
They might be popular but they don't follow the best practice in effective communication. Out of those 3, I would only recommend the chart type. The table is too busy with text: it's meant to be read, not presented. The two columns one might be ok, but often lead to confusing the attention of the audience: they will look alternatively at both graphs and not focus on the exact message the presenter is trying to transmit. It would be better to separate into two slides. Also, the graph titles should be the slide titles. The simpler a slide is, the better. It doesn't matter if you have 2x more slides.
Very helpful! Now need to be clear on the message 😅
what kind of careers or jobs are available for this kind of work? please do a detail video on how to search for such jobs what key words are important and salary requirements etc. thank you
Awesome, Thanks for the lesson
You forgot to add the part about how McKinsey has destroyed the American dream
Really helpful , thanks
Of course it needs to be aligned.. It's not even intro 101
I have just finished an Excel business chart course where these principles were also taught. This video is a good summary that helps to absorb the issue even more. 🙂
Hi just wondering if the PPTX file download is supported in paid version of GPT or in Gpt4o too ? I tried in free version it gives me a download link but that link on click 🔗 doesn't work . Any thoughts ?
Is that only the paid version of ChatGPT?
great video, financial times is a bit similar too (i feel they often have more complex data charts though that are beyond my capability).
The line chart at 25 minutes look like a Cybertruck from Tesla. ADHD hitting here, thanks fo rthe video
😂😂
Perfection ❤. Thank you
This IS huge! First thing that came to mind is to take all of your videos on slide design tips, and feed them to ChatGPT (ie. make a AnalystAcademyGPT). I’ll make this my weekend project - be happy to share if you’d be interested in playtesting it 💪🏻
Working on this already 👍🚀
4:26 translation of deskless workers is wrong
Slide two doesn’t require numbers in the list in my opinion
Please show us how we can re-create the pie chart on IK Partners website. I find it difficult to replicate the shadows
Hi, I was wondering if I can apply this method to a one-page slide for a strategy presentation to a target company?
