No that would be a two shot penalty and he replaces the ball on the hill. Sorry.....If he hadn't of addressed the ball and grounded his club he might have been able to replace.

That's cause in front and hitting behind more gets that finish look. Be mindful of ball positioning when applying shot techniques. Good golfing

Thank you as always,so important, if you want the rest of the golf swing to be effortless and consistent. that statement nothing matters but impact, so untrue, maybe if your on tour with 5 majors under your belt, any HC above scratch, make a piont on practicing the right takeaway, your game will improve 100%., There's always a right and wrong in anything we do, give it a shot, you'll be blown away on how much better your ball striking will be.

Thats not turn the hips, no no no, that lead hip is pushed back, and the right hip did not move forward, it's get the lead hip out of the way while keeping the rear hip from moving towards the ball

2 ways to swing a golf club. One with more cross of arms in follow through and the other without as much cross. Both work.

Depends, friends sure why not, competition no, cause it didn't move for 10.seconds. similar to the shadow over the ball on the edge of the cup

Thanks this was a good reminder. Use to be one of my only swing thoughts because it kept me from pulling it, but lessons for two years made me forget about it and they never mentioned this. I’ve got out of wack and trying to swing more in to out to compensate but I think this is the play.

The main reason most am's chunk it is because they don't get to the lead side quickly enough in the sequence and they don't fire the arms or unload the wrists quickly enough. Not to criticise but it's been measured on Gears across a large proportion of tour pro's and they all shift forward, unload their wrists and fire the arms quicker than nearly all am's. An "armsy" amateur swing is usually their pivot stalling because they left their arms behind or cast in the wrong direction tipping out the COM... I've been down this rabbit hole personally, holding lag is usually a disaster

  • @marvinjohnson1374

Yes trying to hold lag will be a detriment to trying to square the clubface
