Geckota was started by the company's managing director, Jonathan Quinn. Initially his vision was to sell watches and watch-straps to like-minded people who would share his enthusiasm for high-quality materials at honest and considered prices. It began as a hobby and an eBay account in the name of WatchGecko but the business has now grown into a thriving independent e-commerce company. I have this watch and it is beautiful, the video doesn't do it justice. I collect watches and this one is my favorite.
Any luminescence would’ve been captured… tritium, luminova, bgw9, etc.. Tritium or gtls “tubes” are luminescent particles that are mixed with hydrogen gas, sealed, causing them to glow steadily at a mild intensity. Sounds like poor intel and tactical awareness or imprint failure by the “2 guys” and not the watch (inanimate object).
This watch is sexy as hell but it's over priced for what it is...should be 250 max

I bought one of these, it's bloody lovely in sunburst green. I even dropped it 4 ft onto a hard floor, in its material bag, didn't miss a beat. Money well spent.
Remarkably similar to Accurist's 70 pound Retro Racer 7367, no? Your minute sub-dial has no minutes, and the date window cuts into the minute track. 400 pounds for this fashion watch is obscene.

Watch looks great. Few mm smaller would have been perfect. Also the Clasp is a little of a let down - Zelos is a small company and offers at the same price range quick adjustment.
Love my Geckota watches. Excellent quality and superb components.
The hands seem a bit over-sized for the dial. I feel like they were intended for a 38-40mm case watch and got crammed into this 36mm one. Also, the "mushroom" profile of the crown looks like it might snag on some things. It's a good thing its a screw-down or you'd be constantly getting the watch stopped in the "hacking" mode.
