I just opened a 2nd store recently so my tone has been limited. I have a ton of good content. I just don’t have the time to video and edit. I miss putting out videos!

Quick tip: Wired earbuds all the way. Run the chord through under your shirt from an arm strap so it doesn't bounce around.

Super cool and inspiring...so I don't mean to be condescending or anything, but since this was a half IM, then would someone call themselves an Ironman after a half distance though? I mean it's still impressive, but what about those who do a full distance?

Hello Alan. Thank you for the comment. My only goal for my first marathon was to finish. I finished in 5:34. After 4 years I’m under a 4 hour marathon. It takes time. All you need to a solid commitment and start putting the miles in. Everything starts to come together. Congrats! I did get sore nipples. Use a body glide to help with that. Will help with friction. Plus you prepare for the test by not charging your equipment among other things. I will look around to see if anyone else has tried to do this because I am interested in a validly done test.

People would say how did you do that. One foot it front of the other you have to want it. This year 100 pounds down I ran a half man does it feel different and so existed for my first Marathon in November, I am doing this to prove to myself you can do hard things.

@@ChrisSwanzy so the sprint I did was here in Indianapolis. The full IM is in September in Chattanooga. I chose it because it’s a 6hr drive away and the swim was point to point down river like Augusta. We are doing Tri a Louisville in July and several local races in preparation. It’s a daunting task. I was in awful shape a year ago. Could barely run a mile! But I am addicted to this sport. Even if it is expensive lol
