Hey Guys, squatting is very important for your health. You could also sit in a chair and do this Garland Squat Flow. Just follow all the same cues, just listen to your body on how much you want to come forward. Mostly thinking lengthen the spine push open the thighs, round over to where it feels comfortable tucking the chin. Moving back and forth, inhale lengthen, exhale round the body. I'm so happy to have found your channel this morning. I've been searching for a dance based fitness routine appropriate for my age. It's been a 2 year journey. I've been exercising regularly with senior fitness videos but became bored. I realised that you have to love the type of exercise you're doing otherwise it becomes a chore. I love dancing so your music, choreography etc is a good fit for me. I got through 30 minutes of your videos and I was having so much fun that I didn't realise that the time had flown by.
