Yoga To Strengthen And Stretch The Psoas Muscle | 1 Hour | Audio Yoga

Hello Everyone, welcome, my name is Laurie. Today our sequence has to do with strengthening our psoas muscle, or muscles, connecting the upper body to the lower body. Muscles deep in your core that runs from your spine through your core to your femur. These are important muscles to stretch and keep strong for a healthy spine and body.
Listen to your body, feeling any pain, numbness, tingling, dull or pinpointed sensation in the joint, can't breath, all are signs you are too deep into your stretch, and you need to back it up. Also, drink plenty of water after class. By opening our bodies we free the toxins, so drink water to flush them away. Let's Yoga!
