You used your other hand to fix the grip though.
Bent over row instantly went from 120lbs to 300lbs. Thank you
Very good tutorial. Thank you Sir.
Good vid, just bought straps yesterday for my lifts, i lost some muscle tissue in my right hand a few years ago
Thanks, saw in the amazon comments that someone wore the thumb loop in a lift and broke it. They had me thinking I was suppose to lift with it. Thanks for correcting me before a lift.
Thank you ❤
Very clear and concise. I never see one before.
Thanks Dude
I usually put the chain through weight plates then clip on both belt handles
does this apply also for lifting hooks? or does hooks limit the grip range?
Was this guy for real? He can't use a wrist wrap...he can't use a strap also. There's a right hand and a left hand strap. PERIOD! The straps must lay between the index finger and the thumb. This guy is wearing one strap correctly and the other one wrong! Because he looped both straps the same way. Some people do things wrong all their lives. Problems happen when they teach things wrong.
Stupid VIDEO...how the hell is that wrist wrap supposed to do its proper job if you wear the left hand wrap on you right hand????? STUPID! That is why you get that loop so stretched. It's on the wrong side of the thumb..
What about overhead press
Bought one of these the other day and the guy in the shop showed me this exat same method
Other " gurus"insist that the strap should go between the thumb and index finger! So....
Thanks!
Nice quick and easy great vid bro
Good info, but you left out where to put it, above one's belly button or below
Thanks for the video! I couldn't figure out how these were supposed to be used and my grip/calluses are definitely what's stopping me from upping the weights
After watching tons of videos & not really getting it, 4 mins watching this answered all my questions

Bro i can deadlift more without straps. There is something about them that make my grip feel very weak
This man seems so friendly did anyone else get that vibe

You are Canadian as hell! Nice
As you lower the bar, the hamstrings have to stretch. When the bar is at the lowest point, the hamstrings are stretched as much as much as they will during this exercise. The completely lowered bar position is also the point at which you put the maximal contraction on the hamstrings in order to start the lift back to the top. You have a very hard stretch and max contraction happening simultaneously and this is a recipe for an injury. My suggestion is to start with no weight on the bar and add gradually each day you do Romanians. DO bend your knees somewhat, DO NOT try to keep your knees locked. Do not try to stretch the muscles as you would if you were working on your flexibility with a yoga exercise without weight. Concentrate on flexing the hamstrings and having flawless form instead of having a lot of weight. I've been weightlifting for 40 years and this is the only exercise where I have suffered an injury. I have naturally tight hamstrings and a long torso so both are against me in this exercise but other than leg curls, I can't think of anything else that isolates the hamstrings.
Great info thanks I just got belt 👍🏻
I love you
Finally a video that is detailed enough! Thanks so much
Thanks Kevin

Bro thanks a lot
Yeah I was trap bar squatting and I couldn’t get my max reps because the bar was slipping and ripping my palms
0:59 When you put the strap on, the end should be between the thumb and index finger
just put up 495 thanks for this
Great video
