Great video, in my part of the prairies slugs are 10-20 per 5 nowadays, so 2-4$ a shot, but target loads have held pretty firm around that 13-14$ per 25, so still round 0.50-0.60$ a shot, if you slug hunt a lot it’s definitely worth getting a round ball mould and converting them. I’ve seen other videos about that lee mould giving people issues, and the accuracy isn’t any better for them than it was for you. Round balls are plenty accurate for big game hunting under 75 yards, even in wide open spaces I’ve killed plenty of deer under 100, lots under 50

Nice! I have been doing this for years also. I just started doing the buckshot stuff so I dont have much info on that side. I started with Lee slugs also. I found that they were not very accurate and the mold does not last very long. I have been using the Russian Svarog Diabolo slug molds. They are great! Way more accurate than Lee. Hundreds of casts latet and still strong.

No offense, but I’m interested to see at least one Russian who has such a Hollywood accent. Because only someone who has studied English for less than a year can have such an accent.

The holes from the Lee slugs look like they were made from Brenneke slugs. Brenneke slugs are rifled the Lee slugs are not and would have made a clean hole.

This guy could do voice acting. I could see him narrating a tutorial for a first person shooter game in a witty kind of way. Similar to how Bruce Campell narrated the 2002 Spider-man game om the PS2

That is plenty accurate for small game and plinking...some folks will buy more accuracy, it is exactly that, more $$$...I'm not a great shot, but I know super duper target rifles and pricy target ammo, along with the small tricks that can increase accuracy a smidgen more, are for sale...we get by with good enough...
