  I like the look of the engine and cooling head on the kyosho KE 25 SP engine that comes in the inferno neo st 3.0.. the shine cuts going all the way round the cooling head fins.. beautiful 👌

  I had one of these! It eventually ended up with enlarged carb, enlarged crank window, extra boost ports, modified timing, knife edged rod, and a gold o.s. hyper head!

  Have you seen the revised version on absolute hobbyz? 3 port and 5 port ive have good luck so far in a associated b3.2 on outdoor large track 10 minutes tanks plenty of power

  my exsprions with force engines is good, there nothing special but normaly good engines . mosty rtr engines that is , but these pro .21 look verry fancy highend to bad the lost comprescion. last year i bod a force .17 cnc smallblock side exausht basic engine break in whent great havent run it muts after break in like 4 tanks compression is still oke

  Unfortunately can’t get parts or engines for the SH PT21AO right now as they’re out of stock again. My crankcase cracked along the motor mount ear so we welded it, but that warped it. It’s a shame because I’m halfway through my 2nd piston/sleeve and I’ve got a 3rd one ready to go.

  I remember when you were going over them . The piston does look like it's made of poor aluminum but it's hard to tell the connecting rod and bearing still tight ? I'm wondering if the connecting rod and pin . 😉🫡💯💪🤔

  I just looked in my Proboat Sonicwake and I have my 94358 servo in there because I needed a servo in a jam. Might take it out since it’s not waterproof. Do you happen to know the part number for the metal replacement gear set? Might see if I can find one on EBay.

  I look forward too running one of these I’ve managed too snag 2 brand new v1 silver head os 18 cvrs recently ones going in my hpi wr8 and the others straight too the engine draw I’ve never ran the 18 cvr before look forward too spending time breaking it in and ripping it about I’m only 24 so I sadly missed the days they where readily available

  The BoMito is a Memphisto on road/gt crank with a Bontio partset...the case I received wasnt a Bontio case either It was stamped Rex on the side and when compared to the Bontio case it was a bit more open, nontheless the engine makes alot of revs ans responded well to increasing the blow down a good amount. Great engine for the European tracks or running a small bell /spur combo

  Good morning, Todd. Again, needing your nitro engine expertise please. I acquired a bumpstart 8 port hyper 21 w silver cooling head in great condition besides the lack of compression. ive been searching for a replacement piston and sleeve for this engine with no luck yet. Do you know if any other piston and sleeve from other engines will fit the hyper 21 8 port? if not i will try to repinch. Thank you so much and always looking forward to another video!!

  @@philv9054 A hyper 3 port set might be an easy answer, but I was thinking. They made these engines for a long time, the silver head version is newer than the old purple cooling head version. The purple was one piece integrated head button head, do the silvers have separate head buttons? It would be interesting to see if the old 3 port and the new 3 port sleeves are interchangeable. Good chance they are, but I wouldn't bet on it.

  Todd it looks like a mid 2000’s Rb S3. It was the same basic S3 from the late 90’s. The only improvement was the full size s7 head which is period correct. Originally had 3 port sleeve , fixed 8mm carb, crank had no enhancements. In the late 90’s and early 00’s Rb had S3, S5, S7 and WS7 all 16.42x16.42 B&S. and C3 long-stroke Buggy engines. The 7 port sleeve is from an S7. S3 was a great step up from RTR engines of the day like ofna force and others. S3 had good low to mid power. And was typically excellent Novarossi quality.

  Finally got around to one of these from absolute hobbies 5 port! This is about the worst engine known to man and the worst investment that I’ve made on this junk!!!! It’s not fast whatsoever the carburetor sticks it runs extremely hot no matter if you set the tune rich as ever! So in my opinion save your money to anyone looking into buying one of these! This motor was so bad that I took kyosho . 21KE motor and installed a Werks Carb on it and that even ran literally ran circles around this force motor! With that being said Todd I’m glad you’ve gotten positive results out of this brand motor! I’ve even had better luck with old track star motor over this trash. Just my $.02 #saveyourmoney #junk

  @@jdportwerks6795 This brand motor, Force, yes I have had generally good luck. But the truth is, I need to make another video for about these particular Force Pro 21 engines. After the one without oil grooves shit the bed prematurely, I chalked it up to the oil grooves issue. But here recently I ran one of the more standard built engines. It took a dump before I could get a gallon through it. This needs to be discussed. Thank you for the heads up, thanks for watching.

  @@FinalSlice probably referring to the pt21a0 or the 2008xb. You could have missed it, or I certainly could have. Sometimes I'll make a video and forget to test something, then forget I made the video about it. It's the rainy season now, I haven't gotten to run anything in over a month. I'm actually planning on running a new SH next, one I've never ran before, the 2010xb-hcp.

  The "shine cuts" are for air filter clearance... and the lower ones are for easy access to the motor mount bolts (as I'm sure you already knew.. lol) Just felt like putting it out there... Thanks for sharing! ...almost bought a .24 version of this motor to replace my Savage 25's spent motor, but decided against it due to the bump start deal... keeping my eyes out for a deal on a "Big Red". I think one of those would be great for that truck (It's just for "play"... I don't race it or anything)

  They are picco based engines, made in partnership with Serpent. They were never super popular, so replacement parts are going to be very hard to come by. Other piccos of this era had rod issues, although I've never heard that specially about these. I world say they are great collector's items, and if you decide to run them they do cook. I would say they should only go up in value, especially if new.

  I got one second hand but I'm getting 12v out the glow plug side and potentiometer doesn't change voltage presume it's the potentiometer duno if u have a part number for it

  If you have, or can find, or make a 6mm inner and 7 mm outer spacer to put on the shaft, before putting a regular 7 mill collet on it, that could work? I have tons of collets, spacers and washers, and all kinds of parts, lol I'm like you, I never throw any part away, because I feel like I will need it some day.
