    Which Kilz exactly worked for you?

  • @Pankling

    I'd had to spray it with a urine remover enzyme to at least break up some of the ammonia a couple times ans let it dried completely before putting kilz on it. Just covering it up only seems gross.

    Territors poop and pee inside the air duct system as well. This looks like a trailer so I guarantee those pooping pee inside the stove inside the fridge and the water heater area in the furnace area. Probably inside the bathrooms under the cabinets as well. That poop and pee will be under all the cabinets. And the kitchen, not just the ones under the sink. It's gonna be bad. I know because I am dealing with this exact same Thing. every bathroom, they all smell like urine.

    Protip, you're supposed to actually get the dropping's damp with the bleach first before you vacuum it up. So you don't get airborne poop particles because you can breathe that in and get sick. So you dampen the droppings with bleach. And they say you're not even supposed to vacuum it. You're supposed to pick it up with paper towels or something.

    Hey I plan on doing this same thing in my home. There are some strips in the corners like 1:26, but instead of a filled corner it is exposed where the two walls are supposed to meet, you can see the gypsum underneah. How would you reccomend I fill these? mud? Caulk? If mud would I put tape on? it seems a large area so I am concerned it would crack

    Last year I roasted my first butternut and a sweet caramel like substance oozed out from it during the roasting process, this, combined with it's deep dark orange and luscious flesh, made me decide to save the seeds and grow my own, which is why I am watching this vid, for tips on growing! I love my sugar pumpkins and pumpkins in general but the butternut is next level in the food realm. I currently have two on the vine.

    Has anyone done this with the KILZ? My son let his puppy piss all over his room, not telling me about it and I had to rip the entire carpet out. I was thinking I had to now replace the whole subfloor. It would be great if I could get away just doing this

  • @asliceofheavenhomestead3559

    I used kilz, but it has to be the oil based one, not water based. Water based will just let the stains and smell leech through, but the oil blocks them. Good luck 😊.

  • @paulaagaard7641
    @paulaagaard764111 ай бұрын

    I'm getting ready to paint floors. The kikz I'm seeing for blocking pet stains and odors is latex. Is there a reason you went with oil based?

  • @asliceofheavenhomestead3559
    @asliceofheavenhomestead355911 ай бұрын

    I accidentally used the water based one first. Within 24 hours, the smell was leeching through and leaving stains that soaked through the primer. It was horrible. With one coat of oil based primer, the smell and stains were gone for good. I had a year in between painting the floor and laying flooring over top. They never came back.

  • @asliceofheavenhomestead3559
    @asliceofheavenhomestead355911 ай бұрын

    Honestly, it was my first time doing it, and there weren't any other videos for a manufactured home door. I wouldn't do it differently though. I wanted to make sure that the frame and door stayed aligned. If I took out the door while I was putting up the frame, I fear it may have warped and I would have a bigger mess to deal with once the frame was stuck to the wall. Yes, the for was heavy, but I could manage it by myself 😏.

    To get the most fruit out of butternut squash, it’s best to grow them on the ground, and let each leaf node touch the soil so they can send down roots at every leaf node, this allows the plant to secure itself against wind and storms, as well as bring in more nutrients and water.

  • @asliceofheavenhomestead3559
    @asliceofheavenhomestead3559 Жыл бұрын

    I agree, but while growing these, I didn't have land to grow them in. I was very restricted in the apartment that we rented, and so I had to grow them in a pot. It is a good alternative for people who have to grow vertically 😏.

    It depends on how strong the grass is. Young, thin grease will die and stay gone until new grass grows it's way over. Big grass clumps have strong roots and you may need to pull those, or they will start growing back within a week or two.
