Cool video! I am in Florida and last week I went to buy some hamburger at my favorite place. Some guy from out of state cleaned it out ( twenty pounds or so, as well as about a hundred pounds of other meat.) I went back out to the shelves and got two whole sirloin tip cuts. (About fourteen pounds each.) To cut out steaks and grind the rest. I ended up canning about half with home made broth from the trimmings. It came out awesome. You can also cook and can burger, or maybe, some extra brisket! Planning ahead for the shortages coming. Love to you and your family. Hope you can make it to your homestead soon.

Sue young, I am in South Carolina and I have heard on the news where people from New York are traveling down to Florida and apparently they are passing this virus.. I think that is HORRIBLE.. I wish the President would BAN state to state traveling until this virus is over... And if it gets any worse, he needs to ban county to county travel.... People need to STAY AT HOME unless they have to be out... I pray that you and your family and everyone in this world stay safe and healthy.... God loves you .. God bless..
