    he loves the sugar. start on fruit leads to more cravings. simple. he's to proud to admit to falling into the same trap he warned others about in the past. carnivore is great to fix issues but not everyone can sustain it as a lifestyle for many reasons; miss other food, socially it's annoying (like vegans can't share food with friends - that's basically anti-social)

    If eliminating meat from the US diet would reduce their emissions by 2.5%-4%, what would be the increase in emissions from the cropping to replace the meat?

    We are optimal health seekers of truth. Ex diseased! That task is impossible. Saladino is trying. Optimal health is often just biohacking and skeptisism. Many of us were challenged by our mitochondrion efficiency per food substrate digested and broken into only electrons and protons But then there is the question of deuterium breaking all that energy creation and all the myriad cell dacay aka disease followed by it. Both men here do not talk a single word nor in the context of this debunking purpose video or in general, about the role of the stable isotope called DEUTERIUM. This is about all life on this planet. Sun, Water and finally the connection to molecules, organic chemistry, food, supplements and the processing of materials. Think about the concequences of deformation of proteins in dna or ATP eg. plus all the electromagnetism our microbiom metabolics rely on. This clarifies if not entirely explains most issues debated here. I do not blame for not knowing much of this. But be sure that the pharmaceutical industry knows all of it. Let me sy it in a different tone. It is the most important piece of information to create business and profit from if your business model relies on patent chemistry and forever sickness. Deuterium can not be patented. Its production is more expencive than cancer treatment. And people would become less ill too. Bad bad business. Same with the sun exposure, and they are related. Most profitable drugs are on the cholesterol and vitamin D natural pathway. Sell synthetic patent chemistry as hope and cash on failure! Eric knows nothing about Deuterium?

  • @OIOnaut
    @OIOnaut17 сағат бұрын

    Just to add. too much deuterium -> Illness. One can patent a profitable process of depleating deuterium. More research on the topic is needed. More understanding of it is needed. The very reason why I do not talk with anyone in the ill causing system doctors are educcated in.

    The sugar molecule in beef does not attack our blood vessels. This is BS. Its not red meat on carnivore its the years on procesed foods or vegan that cause heart disease.

    Carnivore diet has saved my life after brain tumour surgery. I will be on it for life to reduce tumour growth. Its stoped cravings lost 20 kg. No longer type 2. Not feeding cancers and dont have any additive. Plants made me so sick. IBS. On varied diet. Weight gain even though it was salad and fish. Seed oil and fruits cause me inflamation. Beef beef and more beef for me.

    Diet soda still fires the addiction receptors in the brain. Carnivore is the best way to detox. But its like drugs and alchohol. You need to eliminate carbs, fructose and in many cases lactose from the diet to allow cell to repair and the body to dump the oxilates and toxins. Carnivore is not expensive when you dont buy junk foods. Processed addictive foods. Ozempic face is real. It's so unhealthy. European countries eat better, ride bikes dont need ozempic. Its Americans and other countries that have high obesity that will suffer from the medical fall out of ozempics long term affect.

    Thankyou Dr Westman. Paul seems a little like me, grasping at bits of information without putting it into context. In my research I looked for those who used science and experience and settled on Keto (you were one of those I followed). Keto was great for my health, off medication and feeling so much better. Paul is just grasping at straws.

    Paul is back to misinformation. Seems he has a poor grasp of Keto/carnivore. I am sure he might find a good following, but he is really illogical in his conclusions. Perhaps he should watch 'low carbs down under' to understand the science. My suspicion is he is after increased influence looking for that niche in the market.

  • @user-ne6cq6kh8r

    I was a follower of Paul Saladino for awhile. Lately I have listened to Cate Shanahan's theory on what causes insulin sensitivity, and from that standpoint, it would be improper fat burning for Paul leading him to his brain driving him to try to increase his blood sugar level so that he can run on carbs instead. Which seems odd because he's been saying to avoid seed oils for years, too. I think the key question here is: is this really working for Paul (and why - or, why was the carnivore diet not working for him? I think he's looking for an answer, but I'm not sure if he's found it, or is just trying to fit a theory to the facts (but that may be missing something)? Just as I wonder how the "Mastering Diabetes" people can have a carb/fruit eating diet work for them (which is the opposite of carnivore/keto), and yet it must be working for them, because they are Type 1 diabetics. Is "Keto-adaptation" really just healing from insulin resistance? I mean, if you remove the carbs/insulin, shouldn't you be able to burn fat right away? Unless your liver is producing so much glucose that it triggers your insulin, and you can't get it down as quickly - ? Has anyone put a continuous glucose monitor on a person who is trying to become keto-adapted, to better inform what is going on with that?

    My Carnivore experience .... I am a 75yo woman. I don't do gym work or rigid exercise but i make sure i keep active and count my steps. I dont obsess about my weight or body shape like many seem to do this way of eating for ... my weight remains virtually the same at a good level most of the time. I began Carnivore 16 months ago to try and help myself for lifelong chronic asthma. My asthma puffers werent working and i was heading into having to start monoclonal antibody injections once a month. Apparently miraculous but with side effects. I wanted the miracle but not the side effects. I set myself to research for proven scientific papers on diet improving lung health and found one from Bonn University Denmark on the Ketogenic Diet being proven successful in asthma. Rats and humans 😮. Researching the Keto diet led me to Carnivore which looked easy to start and so I began in February 2023. Carnivore eating has changed my life. I have gone from being weak and weary to strong and stable. I haven't had one asrhma event in 16 months and that for me is a bloody miracle. I cant remember feeling this consistently well since a patch of time in my 20s. Believe me it hasnt always been easy eslecially in social situations or family gatherings but I followed what Dr Anthony Chaffee said .. if you fall just start again the next day. I mainly followed Dr Anthony Chaffee, Dr Paul Mason and the lowcarbdownunder website, Dr Robert Cywes, SaltnButterGal, and now yourself Dr Westman. I never stop researching although some are too radical for ms and i havw developed my own personal protocol. I've stuck to Carnivore most of the time but occasionally tried Keto. If I eat fruit I tend to crave the sweetness and go astray. I have a few veggies now and then. But honestly Carnivore eating suits my body the best. I have just been through a 75yo extensive health check and bloods and passed with no red flags. I look forward to this new lease on life with better lung health, better digestive health, glowing skin, no aches and pains, and imorovement in cognitive health. I hope to live a longer vital life having fun with my grandchildren. My advice .... don't give up even when you fall down, just begin again or change your food. I actually became sick of eating meat a couple of times so changed to chicken and lots of eggs. A couple of weeks later I was back to meat. I'm not perfect like most humans but just keep plodding along and enjoying this new ME.

    The best ones are those four week trials. That's so silly! The first few weeks don't mean anything. I needed three months or even a little longer to really start feeling better on the carnivore diet. The first weeks were not great. My thyroid is doing perfectly fine after one year and I feel relaxed and unstressed like never in my life. Saladino should just admit that he loves the sweet carbs too much to drop them. That would be honest and something I could relate to. I had a few slices of water melon yesterday and I very much enjoyed the taste. However, I paid for this with instant brain fog and tiredness the next day. No thanks.
