You should go back for another. Pigmentation that is deep takes time to treat. MOXI is a low level laser compared to a Fraxel or CO2. Which is about $1,800 a treatment, energy starts at 20%, and it treats 25% of the skin at a time. MOXI is inexpensive because energy on high is only 10%, and it only treats about 15% of the skin. It takes multiple treatments to get the results.
wow! thanks for the additional information!
From Thailand live in Birmingham ❤
We are visiting Thailand in 5 months and cannot wait! It has always been a dream of mine to visit Thailand.
Ohhhh my goodness you really go through many things 😢😢feel sad but all thank to God almighty for everything ❤ i seen you're recording right ✅
Thanks so much for watching and for your comments. Definitely some difficult times but so blessed and thankful for everything!
I feel like this video is a fantastic reminder and summary of some of the long detailed podcasts/lectures out there on UPF. Saving this for when I need a quick reminder that hits on all the important points!
Thanks so much, I'm so glad you found it helpful!
♥️🤍💙
Thanks!
This was such a fun video! I really enjoyed watching.
You made my day! So glad to hear this! Thank you :)
Hello Simply Ryanne hello anyway this is indeed very heartwarming and very wonderful and very beautiful and this brings back such great memories of when I use to be a 90s kid and an early 2000s kid and I am a new subscriber as well:).
Thanks so much for the kind words. So glad you are here and subscribed!
7 more than I can do! 👍
thanks so much!
Impressive, I know they can be a pain but keep doing them even tho doing almost 7 is already great 👍
Thank you! They are a pain LOL I will keep trying :)
Thanks for easy to follow instruction. I am no expert but @JeffNippard recommends swinging (leaning back) by 10-15 degrees as the bar is pulled.
Hi- Thanks so much! I feel a little movement would be okay, just wouldn't do any more than that for sure!
Moxi must be done in a series of 3 initially, each spaced 4 weeks apart. After that you are in the “maintenance” phase and can get it done as often or as little as you would like. Kim K does it once a month, some girls just routinely treat with moxi every 3/4 months to control melasma, etc. Everyone’s goals are different, but it definitely works. If you want a major result with one treatment then you can do Halo (I work with a national trainer for Sciton)
Thanks so much for sharing!!
New subscriber here. ~Love&Light♥️Carli
YAY!!! Thanks so much, so glad you are here! 🤗😁
Something isn’t right because I looked at your before and after picture and I literally see a difference with only one session maybe it’s the lighting or whatever but I can see that the spots are lighter
I had a little tinted sunscreen on towards the end of the video and after. I couldn’t take not wearing any color or makeup for weeks during the healing! I know you can but I was so flaky and dry (because of the cold Wisconsin air) I just wanted to use lotion and regular sunscreen
It also may be the lighting….
@@Simplyryanne I love Wisconsin. Are you going to try any other things?
@@freemygrandma8752 I have lived here my entire life, the summers are nice but so sick of the cold! Where do you live? I am trying retinol right now (by Sunday Riley). I have never ever used retinol and was trying to avoid it.... I want to do the BBL laser again at some point, possibly next winter.
@@Simplyryanne Yes I'm using Trentooin right now I guess I’m going through my ugly face right now, but sometimes it looks glowy . I was in superior Wisconsin a lot everybody so chill I guess literally and figuratively lol
Happy June 1st! What are your June plans or goals? What was your best memory of May? 😎🌻☀
How about now?
It's still the same....no change.
I just finished my second Moxi treatment and my esthetician recommended Musley 10% hydroquinone the day after the procedure. I use the cream at night. So far so good my spots have lightened. But it’s a constant battle might give it one more try and express it didn’t work maybe they can do more passes and give you a discount. 😊
Wonderful! I'm so glad you have seen results! I will try again at some point possibly or the BBL....
I don't drink alcohol because it generates free radicals and ROS (reactive oxygen species). And free radicals are one of the primary ways people are damaged and age. Free radicals can cause cancer by damaging DNA, leading to mutations that disrupt normal cell growth and division.
Good for you! That is correct for sure, alcohol causes free radicals.
It's more accurate to call it a cancer risk factor
Yes, it's definitely a risk factor.
Thank you.
Wow beautiful
3rd comment I'm just seeing from you :) Thank you!!!!

Thanks so much! Just finding my comments now, I apologize I did not respond sooner. Thanks for watching!
I like this video
Thanks so much for watching and commenting! (finally just seeing your comments and hope you understand and keep watching)
@@Simplyryanne I have been following you for a few days. Your video content quality is very good. But I noticed that, due to video optimization problems, the videos are not getting more views and subscribers. You need to fix it. Best wishes
Great video. I recently saw Ghostbusters. Great movie. I eat Whole30, which is real, cooked food (nothing packaged or processed). I definitely feel my best eating this way. No sugar is allowed, though, so it does take some getting used to. I definitely like how you carry a chocolate bar with you. That’s smart!
Thanks so much for watching! It was a good movie. I feel so much better eating real whole food also, but don't think I could completely give up sugar all together! Good for you! (Sorry I am just seeing this comment now, my comments were held and I never got any notifications). this is definitely a learning curve...LOL
nice content
Thanks so much! Sorry, I just realized all of my comments were being held for some reason.
how many passes did they do for you?
Hi! She did at least 1 everywhere on the face, several on the darker spots or where she thought it needed additional. I really don't know how many passes it was. Sorry I don't have more details for you, and that I'm just seeing all my comments now (they were held and I missed them)
I truly love your channel. Keep doing the best work.
Your comments mean the world to me. Thanks! I somehow missed that I was getting comments and they were all held. Just seeing this now, and definitely helps motivate me to keep going!
Definitely not too late!! Good luck with your new channel!!
Thanks so much! Sorry this is such a late response. I just learned all my comments were being held (not sure why!) Oh boy. It's a learning process for me..... 😀
Hi, your content is really awesome and it was so engaging! keep up the great work.
Awe thanks so much! For some unknown reason (probably user error) all my comments were being held and never got any notifications and am just seeing this now. I am so happy to see your comment as I was losing motivation a bit to keep going. Definitely what I needed! Thank you!
Thank you for your review! I've been comtemplating getting Moxi so I appreciate your honest review. I'm sorry you weren't happy with your results :( I can imagine that's frustrating after spending a good chunk of money. I'm not sure if it's the lighting but it does look like there was improvement in the overall skin texture. Have you noticed any changes as time has passed? Or still not seeing any changes?
I am so sorry I am just seeing this now. For some reason all my comments were held and I didn't get any notifications. Thanks so much for watching and commenting. I really wanted to lighten the dark spots and see no changes still. I didn't notice anything in skin texture either. I honestly liked the BBL better and would go back for that, or need to do another consult with an aesthetician for better results I think. Good luck deciding! Let me know if you do any laser and how it goes!
I love all of the things you talked about here. All of these are standard for gyms in Japan. Indoor shoes & wiping equipment after every use is major. But sadly, these are not things people even pay attentoon to here in Europe. Is this normal in the US too? I'm so curious. Great video!
Thanks so much for watching and for the comment! That's great to hear this is much better in Japan. I feel that the US is likely much like Europe where these things get overlooked. It seems the cleaning/wiping equipment has gotten better since 2020, but these are good reminders especially with the New Years, as more people tend to get back to using the gym in January.
You lost me at hello
hummm, I apologize about that. Thanks for the feedback.
