I know this is an older video, but it's the one I keep returning to over and over; it's the best, most simple method to cook large batches of crisp bacon with a minimum of cleanup. Thank you for your post.

Just received this recipe in my email and I was trying to find the ingredients online and I don't see where the wholesome yum psyllium husk powder is available on your website at all. Is there something else I can replace it with?

Great practical tips! Thank you for making this video. Can they be stored in the fridge after you make them and for how long? Any hints on re-heating after they are prepared and refrigerated?

So annoyed by these people not including the recipe! Looks like 1 cup mozzarella, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan and 2 eggs?

Made salmon using your method last night and it was delicious. Had to use whatever ingredients I had on hand so I substituted lime juice for lemon juice and seasoned the salmon with Old Bay. My wife said it was the best salmon ever. 10 minutes at 400 degrees in my Cosori fryer was perfect. Thanks for sharing.

You don't need to use sea salt! ALL salt is sea salt, and no one can taste the difference, anyway, as it's ALL sodium chloride.

Was tasty but soaked up oil like crazy which is probably part of why it was so good.😂 I’ve never cooked eggplant like this so I didn’t know what to expect. Someone mentioned cooking in microwave for 1-2 minutes first to stop the eggplant from soaking up the oil. Will have to try that so it’s not so oily. Thanks for sharing 👍🏼
