  the vineyard ones absolutely count without making the grain silos count. The large vineyard barrels are made of wooden planks and iron hoops, and thus would have to be made by a cooper, and thus are the very definition of barrels.

  Is upgrading my i5-11400f going to help my 6700XT push more frames? I would have to spend extra money to upgrade my motherboard as well because its socket is just as old as the CPU. I just want to make sure I’d actually benefit before spending that much.

  Character viewmodel is actually useful, try using a different viewmodel, you will wiff your shots, actually, before that, try removing the crosshair entirely without removing viewmodel, you will see that you don't miss as much as you'd think, now change the viewmodel, now you miss all your shots, your brain actually gets used to it and creates a relationship between the angle and position of the gun and where the shots will land. So my recommendation: Take a screenshot, print the viewmodel and paste it in your screen for max fps. that way only the actual simulation tanks FPS and not the simulation running inside another simulation

  Whenever I play a game of prem/comp and a player I’m suspicious of is banned on faceit I pretty much just accept that they are cheating and will never be stopped. Faceit isn’t perfect but realistically an anticheat for third party matchmaking shouldn’t be better than the one that comes with the game no matter what it’s success rate is.

  Measuring 76 fps while you have 900 in worst case is dumb. FPS is, whel, frames drawn per one second. It's division. You need to show frame time, and difference in it will be much closer between similar hardware. But still, I tried to play CS:GO on my integrated graphics and was dissapointed when it was so laggy and around 30 fps despite some ammount of updates it was easilly 100+. And then Valve announced that its essential to have too much polygons and some bs smoke to play this game.

  I appreciate the frametime discussion at the end (though i think it should come sooner!) People fail to remember remember that FPS as a measurement means almost nothing, especially at high fps. "an extra 20 FPS" can mean something HUGE or absolutely nothing, especially when accounting for overheads.

  I know someone with 20+ Face it Level 10 accounts with legit cheating. If you watch his games you wouldn't even know, the only way cheating will be solved for the game is if an external company or valve invests millions into creating the perfect anti cheat, which if a hacker is motivated enough, will still probably somehow get around it.

  “Cheats even use AI now” almost all cheats are AI xD it means Artificial Intelligence, smart decision making without hard coded solutions. Eg. If enemy = visible & curser moves towards enemy -> direct to head I think you’re thinking about machine learning ML, where it does more than decision making, it learns and modifies itself
