I work in film and television and you need to put the sandbag on the tallest leg of the C-stand. (You might have done this I didn’t see but also point the big leg at the talent) this way it cannot fall in the direction of talent it has to fall a different direction. Good tips on lighting though.

The only “nit to pick” was the color shift of the background. It appears to me on an iPad Pro - to go from a a warm rich melon color to a a very lovely mocha brown! Perhaps I’m the only one seeing it, but I could easily live with both!

Nobody SHOULD shoot with constant lights... nobody SHOULD shoot with flashes. It`s a tool for different workflow, for different enviroments with different results... I personaly love constant lights, but also I use flashes. Both has pros and cons...

You did this effortlessly. I totally underestimated my strobe light, I for sure thought that I’d turn it on attach the snoot and be able to shoot getting the spotlight affect.
