But what happens when your companions grandchildren are being viciously abused in this manner, with a lot of money, backing them up and no love just criticism and insults and then when they are shaking with grief and fright over, not finishing the peas that were on the plate, the comment comes from the father “do you want to sit on my lap?“ Do I give the father who does this this video?

When I was in school I had many, many best friends. To this day I wonder why I kept changing best friends. I find it extremely difficult to find a best friend having grown older. Is that normal? Do people have too much baggage as we age? I thought that age is supposed to come with wisdom.

In the heart of a bustling city, there lived a man named Alex, known for his calm demeanor and unshakeable composure. He seemed unfazed, no matter the chaos around him, as if nothing could rattle his inner peace. One day, a friend asked him for the secret to his unruffled state. Alex smiled and shared a profound insight: "Act as if nothing bothers you." Intrigued, his friend pressed for more. "But isn't that just pretending?" he asked. "Not at all," Alex replied. "It's a deliberate choice to focus on what truly matters and let go of the rest. We reclaim our power when we refuse to let external circumstances dictate our internal state." Inspired by Alex's words, his friend began to practice the art of non-attachment. He discovered that by acting as if nothing bothered him, he cultivated a sense of resilience and inner strength that transformed his life. In the end, Alex's wisdom reminded him that true power lies not in controlling the world around us, but in mastering our reactions to it. And by embracing this truth, he found a newfound sense of peace and freedom that transcended the chaos of everyday life.

When we start to feel, and understand.. we have a more understanding of things in life. When we are connected to someone then it increases the emotions and we try to stay calm as much as possible. Grounding helps to release the negative energy.

I’ve given people 2,3,4,5 etc. I’m so glad I found this. Never again. I didn’t even know this. I’ve been listening to this over and over and I didn’t realize how much I was sacrificing my own dignity. From now on I’m making a vow to myself when you hurt me and I stop dealing with you I will not look back.
