16:30 Note* That you do NOT need to be inside of the vehicle to get the gas into the power plant. The fuel truck needs only to be close enough for its hose to reach the building and you can refuel the power plant by selecting it while on foot. This works the same for most other things as well.

When i played this game i was usually the resource guy (like in MANY games) there's just something about gathering resources and turn them into stuff i or other people may need...mainly myself.. i am a loot goblin.. that's why i also go close to the front lines and try to steal weapons and equipment so i can take it back to a base and throw them on a growing pile of loot~ (that can be used by other people of course)

This is so unbelievably informative, even for people not planning to do a lot of logi work. I just bought the game, I found a clan but still not 100% sure what I want to do. This video has given me tons of insight and a lot to think about though. GREAT stuff!

Big brother Arty :D The counter to arty is to wait it out. The tactical brilliance is to stop out of range and not run to where the shells are falling and wasting supplies. If you are bored of waiting the enemy to run out of ammo or for an opening made by counter arti then move to another front or try to partizan your way around. Thats how arty is suppose to work. This is why its so importart. This is why arty wins battles. I get it that is not fun to be on the receiing end, but this is not a Halo game. Its suppose to be this way.

Is there a way to lock your resource container while you're pulling resources out of mines to prevent other players from stealing it, I've had trouble recently from players camping by resource mines and deliberately looting from my container.

For containers? Unfortunately not. Pulling with a squadlocked truck should work but containers are always public inventories

Could you make a video teaching or telling older players to teach newer players? I’ve seen a ridiculous amount of new players without anyone teaching them. I’ve a squad to teach newer players but it’s difficult because there’s just so many. We need more vets teaching newer players to have them continue playing the game. Newer players are the ones who keep foxhole alive.

This was such a great tutorial! Thank you for putting it together. This was obviously a ton of work, and the extra work was super appreciated! One recommendation I would make would be to update the "left/right click" icon to something else. Every time it showed up, I thought it was referring to the opposite mouse button due to what was highlighted. Maybe I am the only one who was confused.. still, maybe an arrow pointing to the correct button would be better? Anyway, thanks again for the video! Extremely helpful!

The mouse button graphic is consistenly the most discussed topic in the comments I think ;). I try to mention, especially in the beginning, the button I am pressing so hopefully the connection is made between button and graphic. But I am evaluating on occasion how well it translates. No, there IS thank yous. Yesterday I went to a heavily active area and there was this guy shovelling away. I pulled out my trusty shovel and started digging with him. In the end, he sent 3 commends my way and invited me to his regiment. Kinda more than what I was expecting but okay.

If you ever fill that role remeber to set up a autocliker. It osnt to usfull for construction wechicles but it helps a lot with shovel or hamer action

Yeah when hammering or digging I always have windows click lock enabled. What's more important is remembering to turn it of when you decide to go and fight, especially if you're running with auto,atic weapons :D

Amazing stuff. I just started in the game like 3 days ago and after dying several times on the front decided I much prefer mining and crafting and transporting stuff. Last night I got my first "commended" after following this video to build a truck, salvage, craft and deliver soldier supplies, ammo and loughcasters to a base where they said they needed them in the little Logi chat window. I'm having the time of my life :D

Thanks for checking the myth. By the way, I would like to add similar funny mechanics. We recently discovered that MLRS missiles, apparently due to the fact that they have a physical hitbox, can ricochet, unlike regular artillery. We noticed this when they fired at our battleship. Extremely funny point)

I play what i call my "pissed off medic" i get the outfit, the kits, and one set of supplies...i like a bolty with a bayonette and dont have a pistol...maybe a frag grenade if im feeling really grumpy.

I wonder how much would infantry combat change if everything was a projectile. Would it take more skill to operate? Would it remove shadow dancing or just make it worse. Also the firing sound especially on sub machine guns is way off.

Depending on the travel speed of the porjectiles it would make the skill required higher. Because to hit a moving tarhet you then would have to lead your shots instead of, in a sense, just point and click. I think the sound and tracers of the MG and smg's is more "feel" based than anything else. It needs to feel good.

The Foxhole community is really really helpful like 95% of the time! Like you said some people get frustrated but you can ignore them. I've seen people players yell at a player then the new players says sorry and then they calm down and help them lol. If you are new always feel free to ask questions! Thanks for this Freerk!
