  I tested a couple of days ago and was VERY pleased with how good it is. It fixes various annoying issues with GNOME (min & max buttons, system tray, dock on the actual desktop, no ridiculous amount of padding, far better dark theme, icons that aren’t butt ugly etc). It’s amazing what they’ve achieved.

  That looks so good! Pop!_OS has felt underwhelming for a long time because of it's lack of features. But now, this changes everything. It looks really polished, even more than Gnome or Cinnamon, It's finnaly on par with what windows has to offer. I think Pop!_OS 24.04 is going to be a huge turning point.

  Right there at 2.30mins signing into account is not possible because it asks for your phone number but you cannot input it as needs country code which is not possible to input as drop down list does not allow input so stuck toight there?

  Models with Apple's NVMe controller (MacBookPro13,1, MacBookPro13,2, MacBookPro14,1 and MacBookPro14,2) require disabling the d3cold PCIe power state for the NVMe controller to successfully wake up again: echo 0 > /sys/bus/pci/devices/0000\:01\:00.0/d3cold_allowed. This command must be executed from root, and ideally on startup, since the file is rewritten to '1' on startup. Even then resume is incredible slow and takes up to a minute, probably due to additional bugs. For the 15" models with additional AMD GPU resume only works when using the internal Intel GPU.

  on our linux community like Learn Linux tv or other linux channel never suggest to remove snaps. They preffer not to use snap application for slow performance

  no need to remove snaps . snaps didn,t slow your whole computer , yes i agree snaps application are not so well application are really slow . but the main culprit is mine Trackers or we called indexing its affects system performance . solution is if you have ssd or hdd just do this thing on Root location: cd / ; touch .trackerignore ; touch .nomedia . on Every storage drive you do same same thing . ( tracker or we call indexing if on , it always run on background .)

  Sadly when I open the OBS window, it shows only one camera (the laptop onboard) not the USB camera that is in the Device Manager... only one choice.

  I always used TLP and Bastante taste, although it is much more manual than what I would like, but I decided to give this tool a chance here on my Arch running on the Asus notebook, it seems very smart to frequent management, which TLP is not by default.

  The dark Theme button from quick setting wont work. You need to change that using TWEAKS application.
