Try installing through KVM or QEMU, why virtual box..

I followed the same steps. After installation of Ubuntu the system reboots. I installed the linux-headers etc. and when i'm mounting the GuestAdditions it is shown in Ubuntu. But when i want to open file manager my VM freezes. Anybody knows about this freeze problem? is there a solution? FYI: I use VirtualBox V7.0.18 (newest one)

just using wired. wifi, i think it doesn't support in virtual box. in your host OS using wifi but in your guest/virtual it will be using wired connection. It's still work as well as your host os's wifi connection.

How can i connect with the my mobile wifi, i couldn't able to get wifi option

Just connect to Internet on windows host and VM emulates the connection.

I am so sorry for the trouble. Don't worry about it. Create a brand new virtual machine again, this time don't use 3D Acceleration. Also make sure in BIOS Settings, you have enabled Virtualization support.
