I have a question. I have a phone which I use for hotspot. I have a dualboot setup but I just never boot into windows. I have noticed that that phone, when connected to linux, causes my internet speed to be very slow. Why does that happen on linux? I booted into windows after 3 months (using for 8 months but booted a few times to windows to get some files) just to test what is going on but this issue doesn't occur on windows. Please provide a fix. Other phones are fine but that one phone is the issue and I need to be able to connect to that phone. Also, I have noticed under wayland, youtube playback under both chromium and firefox under both native wayland and xwayland has this issue ( hardware decoding ) when running on wayland. I couldn't use x11 as it has some other unfixable issues. Please provide a fix.

Erasing Windows and installing Linux is the easiest installation. I remembered I did it long back when I was in college and formatted my entire PC. My father was very pissed😂

once he decides to go back to windows and flashes a fresh windows copy it might face some issues to find the drivers that came natively with the laptop, but in new laptops this is not an issue, still for safety.
