Welcome to my KZread Channel.

As an 3 x Olympic Gold Medalist, I get a lot of questions about swimming, so I wanted to share my tips and technique advice here with you, along with links to my 8-week HIIT swimming training programs.

I'm going to start rolling out more content that is important to my life now, so I hope you find it useful and as always I welcome your feedback in the comments as it really helps me tailer my content for you.
