My many kicks are easily block or I am not able to hit kick many times my fighting stamina is getting low my mobility is getting also down 😅 , Bro make exercise videos please please please to Improve fighting I want to get better I go to dojo but I want to do also work out at home make video as fast as possible Even today please please I want to Improve my tkd fights 😢😢😢
