  I Had to reroll too, zerk don't have the same defense as jugg and.. determination is nerfed so.. yeah. Hard hardcore

  If my napkin poedb math is correct, those hit for about 5300 phys so you had like 85% DR.

  It's an engine issue, anything that's a certain distance away is disabled/frozen in time and reenabled when you get close. It has its upsides since otherwise every mob would be aggroed on you in every zone. Not to mention it's also likely a huge performance sink if every entity was always active

  Also without this u would have to give up the map every time some crazy rare+essence+ghost ultra thing shows up. Currently u can at least unload it most of the time
