This is patched, however if you roll shaper touch on your maps it's a multiplier on the unique drop rate from rares. You drop the corpse strat all together with the rats and just run meatsacks. It's not as broken, but it's still pretty good. I've dropped 2 HHs from it. If you get the pack spawns tormented spirit on death devoted mod it's GG. Oh, also you need a tanky character or you'll get deleted.

Have 4 voidstones, run t16s. Add map nodes on atlas if you have points

Yeah I never really dropped t17s until I got all 4 stones and a high quant/pack size atlas and now they drop pretty commonly

" Which means, the tormented spirits are now their own thing i.e. they then are a part of Necropolis. Hence why they spawn when actual tormented spirits cannot, hence he isn't bug abusing as it seems to be intended. Once again by the lettering of back to basics, necropolis also shouldn't spawn, but it does, because GGG lets it spawn and because eternal torments is a part of necropolis, they didn't care that it spawned tormented spirits, the problem however is that what was showcased was too strong, much like the divine devotion change, which also wasn't a bug, but they changed it because it was just too strong.

people don't hate MF for its existence, it's about how easy it's to snowball with MF, how it accelerates a lot of aspect of income in this game and how easy is to abuse party play with MF. also it's not that hard to make a good MF character, you absolutely don't need a mirror tier weapon, there is a lot of off-meta builds that are great, especially that we get some sort of borrowed power each league like Crucible weapons, charms, tattooes etc. - and even if you need such weapon it's still a low requirement, because rest of the gear is just silly 5c uniques it's also way more fun to play as a MF character and feel excited to see something more than basic currency.. would your really destroy barrels instead of killing monster like in a classic diablo-clone and get actually interesting and rewarding loot..? so yeah there is more problem with disproportion in income, efficiency and fun between mechanics but people have a hard time with formulating it appropriately so they blame MF for it
