Breaking the windows of that car, completely unnecessary. That is just frustration, the hose could easy go in front or behind the car.
Just recently, the rent guidelines board just approved a rent increase, and you've a 70's Burning the Bronx again so the landlords scam give me money man collect on insurance money to rebuild to raise Rents to Damn High to charge enormous rents to profit off the fire to fraud new yorker out of must needed income. Poorest to more poor, and the scam of the landlords are always profiting and winning every time. No, bueno, it's time for a change for poor people to win, win

egal ob der auto fahrer vor dem Hydrant seht ...es besteht keine " Notwendigkeit " das auto zu demolieren ..der Wasserschlauch hätte auch hinter / oder vor dem Auto verlegt werden können da ist genug Platz ..ungerechtfertigte Sachbeschädigung !!
Richtig schön Zeit gelassen bis es richtig brennt und dann erst langsam mal wasser marsch ...unglaublich !!!

Back in the 1970's, when I was a Firefighter. This kind of fire was called "LIGHTNING". Owners, Landlords, Family...but NEVER....Natural.....LIGHTNING. It always happens more when the ECONOMY is failing.
Umpteen just standing there watching the fire burning out of control. Hardly ever more than one supply of water from the side we were looking at. Mind boggling to me.
Seems like he did that to make a point. With the length of 5" supply line they had he could have gone over the trunk or roof of the car. But because they went through it, it wound up partially kinked.

Isn't there an pump inlet on the officers side? Why connect it to the front, just to justify breaking the car windows next to he fire hydrant? The twists in the hose made a good waterflow not possible. So many questions. Why, why why ? Just because you can, and the car was to close to the hydrant?
