Good job, Eddie. On some cars you can remove the bottom caliper pin and pivot the caliper up off of the rotor. I wonder if I'll be able to do that with the '13 Mazda 3 I just bought for my daughter.

I think that's Mike Pope on bass (I dont know who Dave Pope is, referenced in the description). Mike Pope is one of the greatest bass playerd on the planet.. played in Chick Cora's Elektric Band... among others.. So, yeah, you'd have to be a monster to be the other bass player with Vic Wooten.

Since no one has identified the guitarist, I reckon I will. That there is Bob Chuckrow. I believe he does live in St. Elmo, an historic neighborhood of Chattanooga, TN. He also is certainly is slim, but I have never heard him called St. Elmo Slim, though it is a good name for him and maybe he is, I guess.

I was at Barking Legs watching Dan Crary one night and saw a man sitting alone in the bleachers covered with a throw blanket. I recognized him as Norman and went over and talked with him. What a precious soul.

@@t4texastom587 I like the resonator guitar. I used to play one myself. Norman is a pretty good resonator player, but his flat top is much better. Play what you play best. I can play the same tones as Blake on the flat top, but I can't make it sound like Blake.

Recorded by Norman and Slim on From the Fields of Alabama. Norman recommended Slim as a repair guy on liner notes. I took my '68 D-35S to him for new bone nut and saddle, new frets. Great work. Album is also great, with photos of instruments played on it--mostly duets.

2010 mazda 3 with 165,000 miles. still using original brake pads because i do not tailgate. dont need to brake if you dont tailgate

Thanks for your question. On most cars, the front pads wear out much sooner that the rear pads. However, the Mazda has a braking system the applies pressure the both the front and rear brakes more equally. This causes all the pads to wear out at the same time, so yes, I would recommend changing all 4 pads.
