Chef Duygu Tugcu,Born in Istanbul.in 1982. She is the leader of Pastry Sector in Turkey. She studied International Finans and Graphic Design at university. She also studies professional Pastry both in Turkey and in Europe, graduated in first degree. She represented Turkey in international and national competitions and won numerous gold medals, including Culinary Olympics and Culinary World Cup. She has worked in famous places and afterwards, she has opened her own restaurant and patisserie in Istanbul. She also has a Tv show called; Cake Monster. She is approved judge from Wacs. And she gives seminars and workshops in all over Turkey and Europe. She has many titles including Captain of Turkish National Culinary Team and President of Kitchen Artist Association of Turkey.
